Meh I've experienced better jewelry places. Just go to Macy's or JC Penny roughly the same prices and better quality stuff. Got three golden covered bracelets here for twenty bucks a bit over with tax. Apparently the lady checked the whole system and could never find the purchase. I had the product but no receipt. I can't exchange anything or get a refund. I swear I bought it in September or late August so why is it odd looking (the hook specifically) one month or so in. Poorly made product. My bracelets have a tag attached that say lovisa on them so they can tell it's a lovisa product. How come I can't return it or get anything when in every other place I can. This is so stupid.

Got my second piercing done here and it got infected plus my earring went into my ear because of how tight it was pierced. Do not get your ear piercings done here unless you want to get an infection and a trip to urgent care.

Tried to return earrings, and long story short: No refunds, no exchanges! ALL SALES FINAL! Had I known this, I would have thought twice when making my purchase. But I guess that's why they don't tell you.

Don’t apply here, they’ll say you’re hired and then the next tell you you’ve been rejected and moved onto next candidate. Very unprofessional handled along with interviews, they judge based on how you look.

Lovisa at first appears to be another Claire's but their merchandise generally is for older tastes and bling lovers! Definitely saw more intricate than understated styles. They have a huge selection of fun Christmas earrings, currently on sale. 2 for $15 I think. I liked the avocado Christmas earrings (so LA!). Didn't see any Chanukah ones, might have missed them. Near the back you'll find "diamond simulant" dressy jewelry sets. I found a lot of earrings that I like are dressy casual to a special night out. Piercings done here. If you only want one hole, you can take the whole pair home cuz only pairs are sold. They accept Larna payments (buy now, pay later system). Jewelry is a serious weakness of mine. I would be happy here when I allow myself to get more pretty stuff I don't need!

This store doesn’t open at 10am. Store hours need to be updated. Waste of time on a busy day, every other store in the mall was open but this one

Great prices on darling jewelry!! I've bought quite a few things here, and the young sales gal was so very sweet and had good suggestions!! If you need a gift for any gal any age that's pretty and sparkly, it's perfect for last minute Great finds!! And ear piercings with purchase of earrings

Terrible experience. I am not that type of person, who is writing bad reviews, if I don’t like something I usually just leave and never go back. I visited the store right after the mall was reopened, bought few items. Sterling silver earrings which I bought, were in a box, and I couldn’t really see the quality. The price was little over $28.00, so I really didn’t want to risk it. I assumed that I won’t be able to return them, so I just hang them back. Sales person came to me and said that there is no risk for me, because I can return them within 30 days. Since I am always following and respect the rules, I asked her again and also mentioned about coronavirus, and possible changed rules. She repeatedly said that as long is within 30 days, and I have my receipt - there is no problem.I came home, opened the box and saw that earrings were poorly made, and put them back in the box. Since I don’t live next to the mall, I went there only today, week later. The sales person was different, she said that the store policy is NO RETURNS, I explained her that I’ve been told that it is not going to be a problem.She said that she needs to contact the manager via phone. She did, and she started asking me idiotic questions. When I did buy them, where, and what was the name of the sales person, while holding the receipt where you can see all the information right there. It was going on at least for 20 minutes. So, that made me really upset. I am sorry I raised my voice, but that was ridiculous. I spend my money, my time, and all she was doing asking me over and over the same, pardon me, stupid questions. Manager was probably worthless as well, since she didn’t help at all. They asked me to come tomorrow and talk to the manager, but I don’t think I needed to spend my time and my health over people like them. Shame on your Customer Service. I left earrings there, because it was not about money, it was about Customer Service they provided beginning from the first sales person and ending with an “amazing” manager. Very good support during difficult time, BRAVO. They can wear my earrings themselves, and maybe would understand what quality items they are selling.
