This jewelry store does not stand behind their products. Bought earring for granddaughter and they broke within 2 1/2 weeks. The man in the store refused to send them to manufacturer because "they would laugh at me". Their receipts say the earrings are warranted for 3 yrs. Terrible experience. Not trustworthy.

If I could give this jewelry store zero stars I would. WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE! I purchased a wedding ring and was told the quality was a G SI2 diamond but came to find out by muliple diamond experts that it is J quality and had many more inclusions then what a SI2 should have. Its such bad quality that i cant even resell it. The owner sold it to me and was so rude i didnt even want to return to purchase the wedding bands. I got a band elsewhere and the there was a signicant difference in the quality but yet they were rated the same. Thats when i noticed this diamond was such trash. The amount of dishonesty is shocking and i felt so taken advantage of! Buyer beware!!

Have come here a few times to get rings resized and they are SO fast and kind! Ofstana (I'm sorry I don't know name spelling) was so sweet and had my ring resized perfectly in two minutes. Totally made my day during my birthday month!

Best local jewelry store with amazing customer service. I come here every now and then for repairs. I came by today to fix 2 anklets and see if they could untangle a bracelet. He fixed my anklets and untangled the bracelets free of charge. Highly recommend!

Recently decided to upsize two 18K rings I've "outgrown" due entirely to the arthritis that has significantly enlarged my knuckles (one curse of older age). This affects many of us and it's a shame not to be able to wear our rings!Took those rings to Kristof's for evaluation and was assured by Mike, the owner, that he could make the changes by cutting the bands and adding gold. I opted for a rather large new ring size figuring my knuckles will keep on enlarging, and I am glad I did that. These rings are absolutely beautiful, enlarged, cleaned and polished, and amazingly the designer hallmark is STILL visible inside the shanks of both rings. I plan to see if a couple more rings that I cherish can also be enlarged. I'm confident a few will be good candidates. You really can't go wrong with Kristof's Jewelers - I have stopped by numerous times over recent years and always received great service. During the height of covid lockdowns they managed to remain open by designing a mini-store with a door opening to the outside air instead of the closed-down mall. That was great and I bought myself a lovely pendant during all that craziness.If you are looking for beautiful jewelry and/or services for your existing pieces, Kristof's is a terrific destination for you!

I originally went to purchase an engagement ring here but we were so happy with the customer service and product that we eventually got our wedding bands from Kristof's as well. We appreciated the time they took to listen and work with our requests. We'd recommend this establishment to our family and friends.

I had a wonderful experience at Kristofs today. I've been in the market to buy my partner of 10 years a gold chain but every chain that I've ordered online looks completely different once shipped. The staff there was very nice and accommodating to our needs and budget. Lucky for us they were running a 40% discount special today so we were able to walk out there with a beautiful gold chain and two satisfied customers. Don't know about other peoples experience but ours was nothing but positive.

**BEWARE**Talk about being rude and giving bad customer service. I came in with my brother and just looking around for a gold chain. We were going to ask this lady for help and before we even finished talking she rudely said I’ll be right with you. She finally came and with attitude she said what do you want. Me and my brother brushed it off and just asked about a chain he was interested in. Once we got our answer, my brother chuckled and with attitude she said “ Did i say something funny?”. Mind you we were being really nice and patient because we already know they were busy putting stuff away. She rolled her eyes and said have a nice day. She did not even treat us correctly and didn’t even look like she wanted us inside the store. If you guys were looking for jewelry go somewhere else. This wasn’t the first place we went to looking for something but definitely was the worst place to go. Horrible experience and just horrible customer service. If you don’t look the part they want, they don’t give you the time of day. Theres other stores that actually do their best to make you feel wanted and actually help you look for something.

This place has nice jewelry, but is very overpriced. The staff are helpful, but it's hard to find something to like that is also affordable and in your size. The selection is very beautiful and shiny, but less so once you take it out and actually wear it. Overall, decent store.
