I love this Joann and have been going here for years. Only problem is that there never seems to be enough employees to help at the register, so the line is always very long. I have applied to work there twice, during times when they were actively hiring, and have been rejected both times so I tried my best to help with this problem lmao

This store always has a bunch of people working and yet, there is never anyone to help you. The checkout line is always insane. They couldn’t possibly be bothered to actually ring people up but instead are talking to one another looking at go-backs and doing everything except actually helping customers. They frequently advertise a phony discount online to get you in store and then say, they can’t honor the price because it’s online only. Even though Google says pick up in-store. It’s not a wonder companies like this are swiftly going under and deservedly so. I literally would rather fight la traffic and go to downtown than to deal with trash stores who have zero integrity in how they do business. I’m sure like many other companies they will be filing a chapter 11 soon.

I have been calling for a simple question, no one answers the phone on purpose because I called six times exactly because I needed to know If they had some material, no one wanted to answer the phone. Horrible customer service would not recommend. I live far I’m not gonna make the drive if I don’t have the questions I needed answered.

Joann does this very silly thing where they give special coupons that only work with curbside pickup. However, when I get there a bunch of the items are marked as out of stock. Then, I am able to easily find the items they mark as out of stock but they won't honor the curbside pickup price.Either honor the curbside pickup price, find the item yourselves, or better yet stop restricting the 20% off coupons to pickup only. At this rate it's basically false advertising...
