I highly recommend working with Jose at Jiffy Lube! He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He goes above and beyond to resolve your car issues! I came in with a flat tire and other car issues and he resolved them right away in less than 20 minutes. He's honest and efficient. Honesty is always appreciated in the auto industry! I give his customer service skills 5 stars!!!

The Service Team, Hugo, Boris,Robert and Nate preformed the service I request and so much more. I have a 2014 Mazda 3 with over 90,000 miles and they keep it running perfectly. I live in Pacific Palisades and drive to Sherman Oaks to have this team service my car. Thank you!!!

Excellent customer service provided by Jose the Assistant Manager, Jose the Manager and Technician Patrick. Management backed up their previous work without hesitation and this was appreciated. Patrick provided outstanding customer service; additionally, Patrick was both professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Patrick!

I requested a price for a lube and oil for a 2015 Honda Civic. I was told it would be $112 for the oil like Honda uses and $84 for an oil blend. I thought the price was outrageous as my husband had oil changed there last year for $41. The man did not offer any other types of oil and I chose not to have my work done there. When I arrived home my husband called there and asked for the cost of a lube and oil and was quoted $51. As astounded as I was at the high quote I had received, I was more astounded by the fact that they quoted a man a much lower price. They are not to be trusted. Beware!

It didn't seem like they were on top of things. When I go to VALVOLINE in Burbank they check signals, tire pressure, battery, lights everything - This was a very expensive oil change and I don't feel like it was worth it

It took a lot longer than expected and I kept getting told it was due to them trying to get the skid plate back on my truck. When they said it was ready I looked under my truck and it appears they stripped one of the nut threads so they left a bolt off. I also never received my receipt in my email as stated.

This place has been my place to go and do my oil change for over 3 years.. so I noticed Every time I go there the prices are up and up! After I paid I was looking at the prices on my received Then I noticed some weird charges for something that I didn't ask fthem to do and I told them so the guy said it was for putting water for my windshields.. so I stated I didn't ask for that.. please check your receives after paying! They over charge Never going back there.

The staff was attentive and kind, answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly, made me feel valued and well taken care of, and had me in and out of their facility within 15 minutes. It was my first time at this Jiffy Lube and I was so grateful for the easy experience. Nate was great. I wholeheartedly recommend this location.

Took my sister car to have her low beam light changed took less rain 7mins and Nate was a great help. Didn't cost me a thing. Great customer service. Definitely recommend going here
