“This place has EVERYTHING! As soon as you step in, there are jewels, crystals, beads, and tools as far as the eye can see. It’s like a treasure wonderland in there. Of course, such a wide selection can leave you feeling a bit lost which is where the customer service comes in.
I was fortunate to be helped by a very lovely lady who helped me find everything I needed. She has knowledge and expertise, and was able to give me insight into what sizes I needed for crimp beads and jump rings. She even showed me beautiful necklaces that she had made herself, which showcased her skill. I asked her about how wire protectors work, and she took the time to draw me a diagram to show me how they work! It was an act of kindness that I appreciate so much, and just speaks to the level of customer care that they provide. I will definitely be back”
“I remembered this place far differently than how it is now. I actually thought it was going to close down. I stopped by since it was suggested to me by another antique store, and I’m glad I did! It’s back and better than ever! Highly recommend you stop by to travel back in time and see an amazing collection of tchotchke ,clothing, vintage classic toys, belts, any and all accessories! And of course beautiful jewelry! Easily spend over and hours here! Cannot get enough of this place.”

“I stopped by this Brighton store this morning while walking around Westfield Sherman Oaks mall waiting for the stores to officially open. This Brighton was open much easier than the actual mall and it's one of my wife favorite store so I walked inside to check them out. The 2 ladies working together was very friendly and helpful. I told them I was shopping for my wife so they asked for her number to look her up in their database to see what she likes. One of the lady showed me their purses, earrings, iphone band, charms and small tote bag. They even offer a bottle water if I was interested. They have some nice collections here but you don't need to buy it from this store if you don't want to. They were not pushy with me on purchasing something and even said to take pictures so I can show my wife what they have. This Brighton store is on the second floor.”
“I so highly recommend this jewelry store, they came through for me in a big way!!! I have three necklaces that had gotten quite tangled up and despite hours of trying on my end, I was not able to untangle it. I took the necklaces to other places to have it untangled but had no luck, I made one last attempt and brought the necklaces (big sentimental value) to 'Kristof's Classic Jewelers (Sherman Oaks location)' and in less than 30 minutes, they untangled all 3 necklaces for me.
