Literally the worst shopping experience ever. I normally don't shop here unless I'm buying gifts for my nieces and nephews. I walked in this evening and started looking around for 3 sets of gifts. They have so many cute things but it's really hard to chose. Two ladies working and neither of them acknowledged me or approached me for the 25 mins I was going back and forth from one outfit to the other. I couldn't find sizes and I couldn't reach some items. So finally I made a decision and walked to the cashier. No eye contact, not a single word. I asked her for gift receipt and she nodded yes. No thank you no nothing. The prices are very high compared to online prices. I couldn't find anything that was on sale on the sizes that I needed. Next time I will save myself the trouble and order online. Can't deal with rude customer service.

We had to buy a gift for a newborn, a friend's baby so we stopped by Janie and Jack. I wasn't sure what I'd buy, but once I started to look around I got inspired and starting to get ideas. The store is super cute, has a nice, welcoming decor, very cozy in there. We ended up buying a couple of nice clothes, the quality seemed really good, super soft fabrics.Decent customer service, prices are kinda high, but since the quality is good, I'd take that over quantity, especially for a baby. Nice store, great shopping enviroment!

Great customer service. I had a merchandize return card and could not make an online purchase with it, I went to the store and had the clothing delivered to me. The staff members were extremely patient with me and assistant me with my requests .

This review is long over due-- We love this brand for our daughter, she's been wearing this line since she was born. You get what you pay for! The manager "Narva" (hope I got her name right) is amazing and so very helpful! As a mother herself makes our frequent shopping trips with our toddler painless. Informed of current pricing well- makes for a seem less transaction. For as long as we can decide what our daughter wears we will be shopping here. We love Janie and Jack!

Fantastic clothing but selection is limited. I do love the clothes they have, there is nothing more adorable than a little boy suspenders and a Fedora? We love walking through for more fancy occasions but not for everyday use.
