Don't even waste your time. Most of the furniture is from China being claimed to be made in Italy. While I was waiting, a lot of the stuff I was able to find on Amazon for a fraction of the price. (Which is why it says NO PHOTOS)
The owner is super nice when he thinks you're gonna buy something. Otherwise you'll see his true character. The entire store is overpriced by far, which leaves you to negotiate to get a fair or reasonable price on the junk they sell.
I also found several of the couches supposedly made in Italy, at Living Spaces in different finishes, but the same models. The owner is cheap, and will try to work you over as best as possible to make as much money he can off of you, and offer zero liability when it comes to standing behind the product. Thumbs down! If you l use your phone or computer to research some of the stuff he's selling there, you'll see that you can find it at a fraction of the price elsewhere. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.

Best Furniture store in town. Great selection, service and prices. The sales person that helped us was Nayri, and let me tell you she is amazing!! Such great and positive energy and professionalism. She was very caring and really helped us find what we needed. Great experience with the delivery and assembly as well. Definitely coming back!!!

Junk couches feathers keep coming out and poking us when I purchased them they had a defect I let the store know and they said they would replace them and never did blamed it on factory

I absolutely love this store. Me and my wife are almost addicted to this store. The items and the collections they carry is definitely not something you see anywhere else which is why I love shopping here because I know I'm not gonna see my stuff in every other home. Every time we shop here it's been a great experience specially the owner Mr Ray is the nicest guy so accommodating and good hearted. All the items we bought from this store our outstanding and we get a ton of compliments I highly recommend this store to all of our friends and family.

Incredible store! Absolutely amazing service. Ray the store owner is extremely helpful and professional. We have been shopping from this store several years and furnished almost my whole house. High quality ,trendy and sophisticated items. I cannot say enough great things about the store. If you want your house to look like something you see in the magazine this is the place to go! At this point my house is the second showroom for Italy 2000 and couldn't be happier.

This is a beautiful place to shop for furniture. I was able to get all my questions answered and find whatever I needed thanks to Lucy. Lucy was very attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. She was patient and made my experience better and easier. I'm truly grateful for her help and am definitely looking forward to coming back.

WARNING ⛔️ DANGEROUS STORS
dear, I paid more than 10,000 for the products, they sold me a sofa with damage and I didn't know after about a month, I noticed that the seam of my sofa was destroyed, I sent them the pictures, after 10 days their person came, they ruined my leather product and said this is our best and the owner is a deceitful person, they sold me the product to bring a new one, after I bought it, I know that they brought it used, who am I, that something like this happened to me, and the owner of that store speaks very badly of this store, if you shop, be very careful Don't be surprised, don't be fooled like me Thanks for your time.

Charged $1000 restocking fee for a return.I purchased chairs from this store with the understanding that they were new and in good condition, as I was told by Ramin (Ray) who works there. However, upon delivery, I discovered that the chairs were not in the promised condition. When I attempted to return them, I was informed that I would be charged a 30 percent restocking fee and a $350 delivery fee. I ended up paying $1050 and received nothing in return. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I believe it's important for others to be cautious when dealing with Ramin (Ray) at Italy 2000.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had in a furniture store thanks to Lucy who helped us. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave us lots of space. Lucy never followed us around or pointed out furniture that we had no interest in--something that that usually make me leave any store that I am in immediately. She answered all of our many questions and gave us great advice. Thanks to Lucy, we were very happy to buy two sofas today after a very long search.

Great experience at this store! Nayri was of great help. We showed her pictures of our living room and explained what style of furniture we needed. She immediately had so many great ideas and showed us wonderful options. Her vision was perfect. We decided to go with her suggestion and we have no regrets. Such great quality and appearance.
