They may have had good customer service for you , I did not find the same attitude when I arrived exactly at closing but didn’t know it I This may have been a one off day so I’ll leave it at I won’t go there again and they don’t allow service dogs unless they ask the other customers first .FYI

If you don't have internet access or wi-fi the there's other gadgets you can purchase that can help,I know I have one and ready to catch someone on my motion sensor.

Very patient, very helpful, great people. I wanted some sort of personal protection that was better than just putting my keys in my fist but I had no information. They walked me through all the choices answered all my questions and gave me a lesson on how to use it properly. This experience made appreciate how important it is for little mom and pop businesses like this to exist. I would have wasted so much money buying the wrong things online. So I figured even if they cost a bit more it was worth it but out of curiosity I looked up the same product and to my surprise the online mega store cost $10 more than the spy shop!

The kid in me is still inside.Sometimes not so still.-Mr. RogersColombo used to be my favorite television show when I was a kid. There were many others:Batman is said to be the greatest investigator.Batman had so many so many of the best gadgets.Agent 007 had some too.Sean Connery I think used them to impress the girls sometimes.SpyShopOne is a reputable and reliable resource for helping investigators uncover corruption, crime and abuse. The owner of this business and the employees are well experienced and knowledgeable about the varieties of gadgets and tools available for surveillance, and security. There are many predators out there and we need to protect ourselves.The staff spend ample time training customers on the proper use of cool innovative gadgets they provide, in this fun and friendly "candy store" for the super heroes in all of us.

Make your investigation go smoothly with this Store! I made a mistake and purchased a GPS tracker online and it did not work for me. I thought since it was cheaper, it would be a better buy but essentially I found out the hard way that cheap doesn’t always equal quality. Definitely Quality over quantity. I ended up coming to the store to find out if my investigation can even be done and luckily all the workers there are very knowledgeable and train you on how to use the products. If I had any technical issues they were very helpful in answering any of my needs.They have great customer service. I ended up making a quite d*** mistake by not switching my GPS tracker on. By accident I had switched my tracker off and put it on the vehicle, and I was no longer able to track which they did inform me ahead of time not to do and yet I did. So that was my mistake.If you are looking for good products to help in your investigation, definitely check the store out. Sometimes online doesn’t equal a good product, the training, and the customer service. Also, since I found out the hard way, I wasted more time trying to purchase online when I could’ve came straight to this store in the first place and found out sooner about a my cheating girlfriend.Definitely coming back to the store for any situation is that might arise in the future.

The customer service is excellent. after buying a fire alarm/camera, I called several times to get it set up and they were so patient and always available. They are friendly, kind and truly care about their customers. I also had a mini stun gun that did not charge properly and I was easily able to return it. I highly recommend this store for they have integrity with their customer service.

omg... this place is soo f***** shady and liars for employees.. and the best part of this store would be the "owner" some lady whos there saturdays, actually was the most condescending, way out of line, unproffessional, rude, "owner" of a store anywhere i have been done business !! i called earlier and explained that i was not satisfied with this product i felt pressured to purchase a few days ago and for something that cost approximately $150.. this thing looks very cheaply made and quite honestly it doesn't work properly according to the directions on the box which i read over and over. the "ownwer" tried to talk to me like i was a f**** imbecile because i asked their return policy, and this lady had the audacity to tell me to go and look for my reciept as it states clearly their non refund policy and which i informed her that the truth is that i looked over this reciept 5x before i had to call to find it out... and i couldnt believe that she told me to go once again and look at the reciept for the 6rh time !! long story short, * see attached pictures * i got my reciept and let them know i'd be in soon to show that there is not a word about returns etc..and lastly the girl tried to blame it on the reciept being cut off short and insinuated i was responsible for their wack broken reciept machine to which i said, thats your problem, not mine.. i am disgusted that i am stuck with a pos product i wont get a refund and i was going to get to exchange for a different product, and 2 mns later denied she had just told me they could do that for me. stay away from these crooks as they are out to sell u a plastic cheaply made defective product and thank you by telling you that u are s*** out of luck for getting anything back but bad crooked business practices!!!
