The BEST place for the most beautiful gowns, EXPERT attention to detail, and service with kindness and love! I had the best time picking my gown for my birthday with Angela and Karen went above and beyond to make my dress even more FABULOUS! They also helped my mom with her gown and she is the pickiest of the pickiest! Their selection, kindness, and patience is next level. Thank you so much ladies for making our dresses even more beautiful than we imagined!!

On July 1, 2022 I took my pants to get altered. The manager said it will be ready in one week. I call the next week she said it will be ready in two weeks. It wasn’t ready on time, they kept postponing. They have no customer service skills. They are very expensive. The quality work sucks. I would not recommend this place.

I discovered Instyle while searching for a similar formal cocktail dress for my birthday. Unknown to me that these are like wedding dresses and should be ordered 6-8 weeks in advance. Although the dress I feel in love with wasn't available in my timeline, the ladies at the boutique helped me find a similar dress that was and made all the needed alterations in house to make an amazing dress for me. The team was warm and made me feel comfortable and made the process easy. I am now searching for my next formal event so I have a reason to go back!

If I could them zero star I would! Rude owner and rude management! It's a scam! My mother bought a dress almost 2-3 months ago to wear it in my wedding. The dress required some alterations. After 3 weeks, she went there to try on the dress, it was left just like that without any changes. They rescheduled her appointment. We went there for second time, guess what? Still nothing! without any apologies. They gave her another appointment for pick up. She went there brought the dress home. The dress had holes, still without any alterations. Two days prior to my wedding she went to them to return the dress and get a refund. Not only they didn't give her money back, they didn't apologize and lock the door on her! Im definitely opening a law suit for them! They should learn how to treat their costumers!

I get all my dresses here for every event. Everything is always altered & ready before my events. They always have a great selection of dresses. Just purchased a Portia & scarlet dress from here.

Wonderful customer service and beautiful dresses! They have so many wonderful dress options, why would you should anywhere else? I found a dress and set-up my alteration appointments all under an hour. I had a wonderful experience and will shop here again in the future.

The service here is incredible and the dresses are stunning. I'm so glad this is local to me because it's going to be my go-to spot. Parking in the back which is a plus when you're on Ventura Blvd. They were accommodating to my schedule and my request for a quick turn around (needed the dress altered). They were patient with me and didn't make me feel rushed at all. Even offered to take photos of me so I can look at them later to decide. Highly recommend.

This boutique is awesome! Not only is everything so cute, but the customer service is also the best I have had! If I ever have a problem, they are super fast at responding and fix the problem right away. The clothing is of great quality, and everything fits as it says. The shipping is free and super fast.
