“Traveling from Kansas City, Missouri, where we recently experienced 4 to 5 inches of snow, to California presented its own challenges, . However, my stay at the Hampton Inn Suites in Los Angeles/Sherman Oaks turned out to be the highlight of my trip. The staff, from the front desk to maintenance and housekeeping, provided exceptional service, making me feel welcomed and valued. Despite ongoing renovations, which I hardly noticed, the overall experience was outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I would like to give a huge shutout to Mr. Athnasious, who worked the front desk he is a Saint he did everything to make my stay wonderful and I truly appreciate him.”

“Honestly, I had to book a second night the rooms are super clean and it's super peaceful considering this area Tony, Marie, AND Dee at the front desk was extremely helpful it was comforting in THIS AREA! Tony was exceptionally patient I am vision impaired he took his time showing me where whole foods is and other places in the vicinity such as 7-Eleven and another local liquor store there is also a shopping mall nearby for people that are not from around here and he mentioned the cheesecake factory the location is great with all the amenities. EVERYONE employed here that I have met thus far have been nothing but helpful kind and courteous with all my questions I am not from Los Angeles, last but not least I have to mention this hard-working housekeeper named Maria, she is such an angel she keeps this place up to par”

“Hotel was nice, restaurant was below average. Menu at front of restaurant has outdated prices. Restaurant staff talks to another loudly across this quiet atmosphere restaurant.”

“I’ve been here a fair amount of times and still can’t get myself to bring my right up to a full 5 star rating other than the location. Service is blah, sometimes you get vouchers to get drinks at Denny’s and sometimes you don’t. Sometimes tv’s work and sometimes they don’t. Then there other times when you asks for a room for someone with disabilities and you get it and sometimes you don’t. Also, please beware that as they do have plenty of parking IT DOES NOT COME FREE!!! I’m not sure why they just don’t include that with the room cost but it definitely comes as a surprise when you do check in. It would be great if they could at least mention that it is at a cost. Other than that, the place is pretty clean, very central to a variety of places and pretty quiet for the area.”
