Mostly everything was ok BUT paper plates, cups and plastic cutlery for the restaurant was a total disappointment!!! Front desk gave us a very poor answer blaming the pandemic… and also said all the Hamptons standardized serving food like this! The hamptons breakfast table looked like this! :(Rooms: The room was clean and in good conditionFood & drinks: Everything from the bottle, no natural food. No fruit, pretty bad food and paper plates and plastic cutlery FATAL!

Spent 6 weeks at this hotel due to a work commitment. Sam and the staff there were amazing to work with and so attentive during the whole stay. The hotel was clean, spacious and the breakfast was something I looked forward to each morning! Thanks!!

I’ve never had a bad check in experience here. But today was next level.Nice gentleman working the front desk names Malekum, was very welcoming. He addressed my Diamond status we cracked a few jokes and he gave me the info about the breakfast and parking and all that, he was also very knowledgeable about the area. The room was clean and it’s a pretty decent size for a hampton inn, that plus the plenty of parking make this place great.Great staff, clean rooms, awesome experience.Sam and Malekum are great.

Well, bad news first. I stayed in this hotel with my family during our vacation trip. As a dimond member I parked my car on the dimond member parking spot right in front of the hotel. In the morning when I started the engine (it was chevy suburban) I realized that catalytic converter was stolen. This part of escape system is pretty expensive so someone desided just saw it out. I was surprised the hotel didn't have any cameras pointed on dimond member parking and it was helpless. I lost part of the day to fix this problem. I am absolutely sure that stuff knew about problems I could have leaving the car there and they still didn't adwise to park the car in the interior parking wich is much safer. So if you stay here, make sure you park inside.Excluding this event, the hotel is in good shape

Just spent six nights here while we were visiting our daughter who lives in Valley Village, what a pleasant stay we had. ALL the staff were helpful and most importantly, just really nice. Comfortable, clean and quiet room and a good variety breakfast. We will be visiting our daughter again and will make the Sherman Oaks Hampton Inn our home away from home while in LA.

Very bad service with the receptionists, it was clear that if they spoke Spanish and did not want to speak it, in my point of view, they should have bilingual staff to better support the client and at the same time racist, that target gave water to the other clients and I didn't even get it. Each client offered, they gave him his bag with 2 bottles of water. The receptionist's name was Diana. And another thing, a little dog happened to bark at night in the room I was in.

Not sure if this is a industrial or busy area in LA, wasn't sure of the reason of having hotels around since it didn't seem to have much to do. I stayed here because a family member booked the hotel to be near her place for a road trip next day. This is not nearby any LA attraction so not sure what to say in terms of location.Hotel was very beautiful and modern, I felt very safe and the facility were very new. I enjoyed my stay in here, lobby was very chick, rooms were big and modern and the breakfast area had very nice variety of items to choose. If you need to stay near sherman oaks this is a great place to spend the night.Rooms: spacious and modern.Nearby activities: I didnt see nothing to do around.Safety: Don't know the area but seems to be very safe.Food & drinks: Very nice breakfast options, also very tasty.

Room was good, location was okay, but front desk guy wasn't too pleasant with us during check in time while being overly receptive to the guests before us. Probably miscommunication and misunderstanding. Breakfast was nice and the morning staff were pleasant.

Looks great post remodel. Room still needed a little work. The heat/ aircon sounded like a train. Went to shower, there was not water,Took me 20 min to reach anyone, he told me to run the water longer. Finally they sent someone on the roof to fix it. Is pet friendly which is nice for pet owners.Would stay again.

I could give this place five starts. However, “thanks” to Sam, the front office representative, I would give 0! My daughter has food allergies, so I asked for plain scrambled eggs. So they told me they couldn’t because the kitchen would be closed in ten minutes. So I said ok, you have ten minutes. They said no! I said, but I do see you made for other people here. So Sam said to me: look, you have other stuff. The other stuff was all pork. I told him we are Jewish, we don’t eat pork, and my daughter has a dairy allergy. So he raised his voice at me and said, NO, and I don't care with a bad attitude. And he sent my husband a bagel with cheese and ham and said this is not pork and tried to convince my husband to eat it! Which is pork!!! Then, I heard loud Arabic music in the lobby, and the whole picture became clear. He knew we were Jewish / Israelis, and that's why he treated us like that. Too bad. I like Hilton Hotels, and it is too bad they let employees treat clients like that due to their hate!

I have stayed at this Hampton Inn many times and have always found it to be great in all aspects. It is a treat to arrive and greeted by "Sameh" at the front desk who is always smiling, friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are clean, beds and pillows are just like home and the lobby of the hotel is a great place to hang out. All of the staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed. The breakfast is always wonderful and they keep the coffee hot and available 24/7 which is a plus. There are two computers for public use in the lobby as well as a little shop area with drinks, munchies and assorted sundries.Highly recommend this great Hampton Inn.

Beautiful hotel. Lobby is appointed in a cozy atmosphere. A hidden gem feel. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Staff are amazing. They were pleasant, courteous and very helpful with getting your room. We came in at 1230am and the staff person buzzed us in and welcomed us with smiles.Rooms: Very Clean rooms. You can tell they take their time cleaning the rooms. The rooms smelled crisp and clean as well. Hallways were very clean as well. Loved the welcoming lounge on each floor. Never seen that in a 3 star hotel. Will stay here next time we visit LA.Safety: First time I felt very safe in a hotel room. Stayed 3 nights. You cannot get into the building pass a certain time. The front sliding doors to hotel will not open without your key card and the elevator will not work without the key card as well. Staff is very attentive to who comes in and out of hotel. Cameras are everywhere.
