Bought our little one's crib back in 2021. Yes, it was expensive. But it's been worth every penny. It's remarkably well made and extremely sturdy (I have laid in the crib with my little one to help her fall back to sleep and it didn't move or creak at all), and the ability to convert it all the way to a full bed means she'll be sleeping on it for as long as she lives with us. We were very impressed with the quality and the customer service.

I ordered our baby’s furniture set in 2021, consisting of convertible crib, nightstand, bookshelf, changing table, Moses basket, and various bedding add-ons.Like others, our furniture arrived way past the estimated time, long after the baby had been born. The company did go ahead and ship out the Moses basket for us though so we had that and he was staying in our room in that in the early days anyway.Yes it took a ridiculous amount of time and you should plan for that but I still highly recommend them. The quality of the furniture is unparalleled. The entire set is a thing of beauty - a weighty, solidly made heirloom piece. There is nothing that compares on the market for quality and nothing as completely non-toxic. They even use cold-pressed linseed oil - they thought of everything in regard to off-gassing and toxicity.Yes it’s expensive and yes you will have to wait. It’s worth it entirely though. If we have another child, I will order another set.I had a good customer service experience with Edward. Keep in mind that it’s a small company!

Please avoid this company at all costs. The crib I ordered said it would take 13-14 weeks before shipped. I reached out at 17 weeks and it was so hard to get a hold of anyone. Phone number wouldn't go through, finally someone named Edward responded to my emails. He kept saying he was checking with his production manager. The communication was just super unprofessional and being pregnant going through all this stress wasn't worth it. I ended up having to contact my credit card company to get a refund because this company was so unresponsive. Highly recommend all new parents avoiding this company at all costs, which stinks because it's hard to find a good non toxic company.

We've been a customer of Green Cradle for 9 years buying cribs, custom beds, and mattresses because the product quality is unparalleled and the customer service from Edward the best. He answers all our questions and meets our requests with great prices. Our kids love their beds too. Thanks Edward!

I have never left a bad review of anything, until now. The customer service is abhorrent. We ordered our crib and crib mattress on April 10. Their shipping policy says all furniture will ship out in 13-14 weeks. We did not receive our crib until October 5 – SIX MONTHS (25 WEEKS) LATER, and received the WORST customer service I have ever experienced throughout the process. My baby was already 1 month old by the time our crib arrived. As stated, their shipping policy says all furniture will ship out in 13-14 weeks. We inquired about our order periodically (every few weeks) after the 14 weeks had passed, and the owner, Edward, gave us delay tactic after delay tactic including “lumber shortages”, “it’s in the drying room”, “the shipping agent encountered bad weather” without ever apologizing, or even acknowledging the ridiculous delay. He kept stating “it will be there in a few weeks”, or “it was shipped and will be there next week”, meanwhile the crib did not show up, and there was no communication from Edward or the freight company. By the time October came, he even stated that he would bump us up to “expedited shipping, and as a courtesy will cover the expedited shipping costs” – our crib was already 6 MONTHS LATE – how could this even remotely be considered “expedited”? Furthermore, the process of tracking the shipment is ridiculous, as you have to use the Shop app, which includes absolutely no information at all (no tracking number, no contact info etc.), so there is no way to track your order. The crib is beautiful, but the wait, stress, and anxiety of having our baby without her crib, even though we ordered it in plenty of time before her birth, was not worth it, and the obtuseness of the owner made the experience beyond aggravating.Unless you want to deal with unprofessional, rude, and bizarre customer service and wait literally 6 months for your order to arrive, stay away!

We ordered $7k in furniture from them, the first piece we paid rush shipping for, guaranteed to be shipped in 8-10 weeks. That was 19 weeks ago. They don't answer any phone or email. I've only managed to talk to Edward once in the website chat but have only received delay tactics.I'm in the process of taking this to small claims court.Taking advantage of new parents is unconscionable. I will be leaving this review on other sites in the hopes other parents are not scammed like we were.

Just phenomenal! Great customer service and fantastic cribs. Sturdy, clean finish. Putting it together was also a dream! None of this flimsy mdf or imported metal mattress suspensions. Everything was wood pieces with respectable fasteners and without VOCs. Absolutely worth the price.

A bit of lengthy story but hear me out. I live in Colorado & I’m expecting my first child. I wanted a great crib that would last for years. I recently bought a Green Cradle Crib off a person from Facebook yard sales here in Colorado.

This was my first experience buying a new mattress, and I came in totally unsure of what I wanted. Mike was very knowledgeable and his consultation helped focus on a few great and affordable options. He was very helpful and patient throughout the whole process, and the delivery team was very efficient. Definitely would recommend, Mike & the Green Cradle team made this a simple, worry-free experience!

Buying a mattress set can be confusing and frustrating to say the least. There are so many options that my head starts spinning. I came in Green Cradle this morning and Drew Miller is by far the best sales guy I've dealt with in a long time. He's very knowledgeable and professional. He took the stress out of the process and I was in and out in 30 mins with a brand new mattress! Thank you Drew!!!

After doing an extensive search for a non toxic crib and mattress we decided to purchase both from Green Cradle. Even during Covid, both arrived on time, and exceeded our expectations. We had some trouble putting the crib together and after reaching out to customer service, our problems were solved in less than 10 minutes. Kudos to their online chat feature and responding promptly even before their store was open, as we are on EST. Would definitely recommend purchasing from them if you’re looking for non toxic!

I purchased a crib mattress, a cotton cover and a wool cover. I did a lot of reading before deciding to purchase from Green Cradle and I’m so happy that I did.

Excellent products and caring customer service! I bought an awesome mattress here back in 2013 and called Edward just now to ask about how to treat a stained area on the organic cotton and wool zip cover that encases the rubber mattresses. Thank goodness I called before simply stuffing it into an oversized washer and dryer at a Laundromat!! He informed me that washing/drying it would irreparably shrink it, and instead offered some great suggestions on how to spot clean it with natural ingredients without ruining it. Thank you!! :) On another note, though my mattress is now 7+ years old, it still feels just as comfortable as it did the day I bought it! Highly recommend buying a natural rubber mattress with cotton zipcover from them. Unlike conventional spring or foam mattresses, which are full of chemicals that offgas as you sleep (you breathe in carcinogens and petrochemicals every night!), natural mattresses don't have this issue. Plus cause there are no springs inside, they don't wear out a few years later the way conventional ones do. So worth the money for so many reasons!

Summary: this brand makes the best, both physically and chemically safe cribs out there. As a human, you never mistake the smell of real wood, and that's what this store smells like; none of that junk wood and paint. Every piece is made from high-quality wood of your choice and finished in natural oil. If you don't live near their showroom to check out their cribs and furniture in person, I can give you my honest-to-goodness word that you won't regret this purchase. Placing the order was quick and simple, and the customer service by Edward was excellent. Details: After endless research on cribs and furniture, it was fate and luck that landed us in this store. Our first objective was safety, and that word is thrown around very loosely online. While most decent average-priced cribs out there are physically safe, meaning that it won't collapse on your baby, chemical safety is often neglected. After reading horror stories about toddlers chewing on supposedly walnut wood during teething and the parents having to wipe the fake black-brown walnut paint off of their little one's face, I decided to dig deeper. There is so much bogus online marketing around "water based paint" and "green gold standards" all orchestrated by the disposable-furniture industry who are benefitting off the back of poor people in third-world countries. While you and I probably grew up in a crib with lead paint and we turned out "fine", we now know that there is a better way of making things, and that happens to be the old-school way of carpentry. The moment you walk into this store, you can smell the natural wood, unlike other furniture stores that look and smell like disneyland. Our next objective was quality, which you can immediately feel by touching the Green Cradle cribs; and also hoping that whoever made our furniture was paid a decent wage, which is the case with this product being made in USA.
