Called to inquire about the pricing of a standard size retractable banner and the lady (whom I now know as the owner) was not friendly to talk to, hostile, rude, and hung up the phone on me. At some point she asked me to email her so she could have my information on file as an inquiry. However I didn’t want her to have my information on file and just wanted to inquire a starting price. I asked if she could just tell me a starting price. She said she wanted to have my inquiry on file. When I asked if the manager of the store was available she hung up on me.

$5.30 for two copies and no Apple Pay. I understand we living in inflation times, but that it too much lol. Copies I needed were no even in color, regular black and white

called to possibly get work done with them and the woman i spoke to on the phone was horrible and not interested in responding any questions or doing business at all. i have honestly never left a bad review on yelp but this place really did it for me. go anywhere else and I'm sure you'll be better off

I definitely foresee this print shop going out of business in the near future. I went during business hours and the front door was locked, someone eventually came and opened the door. I came to find out they don't accept any files from usb sticks or hard drives, only through email. How can you run a print shop and not accept people brining you flash drives is beyond me. She stated it was for "fear or viruses" ...uhm ok. I was thinking about going back home to send my file in an email but then I asked if the printers they used were color accurate...she straight out told me no and that each printer prints colors differently. Definitely going to find another shop around here

This business is hands down AWFUL. The owner, who is very proud of the fact that she's been around for 51 years, is an absolute horror. She should retire as she has no bedside manner, has an inept assistant and does not know how to communicate at all. When she wasted two hours of my time, wherein she could have communicated about what she needed to finish my print job much earlier, I told her to cancel the job as I was leaving. She called me an a****** and commented on my 'purple nails' as if to make fun of me. Not what a pregnant woman or any woman for that matter should be on the other end of. If you're looking to waste time, money, and and a few brain cells, go to Goodway. She's too old to be in business at this point and is truly damaging to people who want sweet, kind, professional service. It's no wonder she has two stars :( despite the fact that he's on vacation at the moment, I'm now super appreciative of my usual printer, Arnolds Printer and Copy on Ventura. I won't stray again! Lesson learneeeeed.

Leslie & her team at Goodway are Phenomenal!! They deliver A+ Results in a blink of an eye- literally. They are prompt, have immaculate design work, great worth ethic, and print quality that I favor dearly. I have worked with Goodway Print since 2002 on many diverse projects. They are by far the most reliable and professional print shop I've ever worked with. The staff is personable and caring. The quality is excellent, and the prices are fair and competitive.
