This pharmacy is so rude when answering the phone. They put you on hold for 15-25 min just to say they are too busy to take down refills. Then they indicate they will call you back and they do not. My mom had been dealing with them for the past year with on going issues and complaints. And today was really the final straw because she was in tears trying to get a refill from them and she has really bad anxiety because she doesn't speak English and isn't the best person to use the phone but tries anyway. and it doesn't make sense why they can't be more kind and understanding to their customers. I literally had to drive to my moms house just to help her call to get a refill. That's so unfair to her and my grandmother. I will definitely look for a better pharmacy for them.

I called and this pharmacy said they only do workers comp and injury cases. Strange and completely changed from what my family has been going here for years and now they are denying us. Zero stars

Will never deal with this place again. Stephanie should be fired immediately. She has a disgusting attitude. Why she's in any position dealing with customers baffles me. Truly unfortunate one person has such a negative impact when everyone else is friendly and accommodating. Will take my business elsewhere.

The best independent pharmacy in California. The service is excellent and the staff is always friendly and courteous. The Pharmacist is available for consultation and is extremely knowledgeable with compounded medications. They go out of their way to make sure every customer is satisfied with the professional manner in which they are served. In addition to their well stocked prescription department they have a large selection of gift items along with helping you to choose by giving you individual and personal service. I travel a long distance to patronize this pharmacy but it's definitely worth the drive. As a professional in the health field I would highly recommend this pharmacy......you won't be sorry you did.

I've been going to Michael's Pharmacy for over 5 years now, and I can confidently say that it has been the best pharmacy experience I've ever had. Not only are they very quick and accurate with filling the prescriptions, they have a high level of personalized customer service that is harder and harder to come across these days. Even in the midst of this Covid-19 pandemic, they have continued to safely fill my medications quickly, deliver them to my home, and genuinely ask how me and my family are doing. They have always gone the extra step to ensure that I have all of my questions answered, even if that meant they had to do research and printout extra instructions for my specific needs. I'm grateful to everyone that works there that continues to provide the high quality care I have received since my first visit. I HIGHLY recommend Michael's Pharmacy!

I went to rite aid to fill my daughters meds and they didn't have it so I went over to Michaels pharmacy and they were able to call rite aid to transfer my prescription so they can fill it for me & they had me in in out in less than 10 mins. The staff is super nice and are always on top of their orders. I will definitely keep going here!

I stopped in here this evening after an outpatient surgery in the building. The woman working was so sweet and friendly. They filled my prescriptions quickly and when I started to feel ill from the procedure while I was paying, she brought the receipt to me outside to sign and even brought me an ice pack. I will definitely come back here, they went above and beyond!
