love Free People for their versatile and unique bohemian style. And I also love their boutique's staff and customer support.My favorite Free People is in Sherman Oaks Fashion Square. All of these store staff are amazing and very helpful.This holiday season, I had some glitch with one of my purchases I was trying to return. Ashey was amazing! She quickly took care of things, called customer service, and gave me her number : ) to follow up if I had questions or didn't receive my refund on time.I have never felt more taken care of and welcomed in any story before.Thank you so much, Ashley, and good job, Free People, for hiring the best people for your team.Irina

This is a very beautiful store with a lot of beautiful clothing when you need to go shop for the special lady. Staff was excellent and had a great shopping experience.

Literally all the staff here is so amazing and you wouldn't know the difference between a store manager or the entire west coast management team. All the staff really is the best ever. I go to free people all the time and their entire staff is seriously in need of a major applaud! Best clothes of course, all neatly out and friendly staff.

Excellent customer service everytime! I love how helpful they are with sizing and always have smile on their faces even when I show up w/ returns. They were so patient n friendly to my kids too. cuz it's not easy shopping w/ kids sometimes... and they were very professional and store is well organized but honestly all of the staffs there makes my visit very enjoyable everytime! Can't say enough of nice things about them! My all time fave store and ppl for sure!
