My local F21 located on the second level of the Westfield Fashion Square near Hollister and is one of the few stores to have an additional upper level, not including the department stores on each end of the mall. The layout is pretty easy with women's, accessories and plus size sections on the main level... A lot more just past the wall where the elevator is. The escalator is usually working well and just to the right of the entrance of the store. They typically have great deals and sales throughout the year including their $21 of off $65 going on for winter (unfortunately is online only, but I believe you can opt in for store pick up). If you're lucky enough to get some assistance on the floor, they have some personable employees... Check out is pretty smooth most of the time, but the person who rang me up only seemed interested in signing me up for their credit card and once I shut it down it felt way less personable and more personal... I know about sales quotas and sign ups so I get it, but definitely made me not want to rush back. Always grateful for the variety of styles they have, especially in the fall and winter time... Store seemed much more together than it was in December when they had WAY too much on the floor... I remember a few racks were overloaded with shirts, sweaters, etc... To the point they were falling down or had fallen off on the floor, manly in the men's section... What in the Ross Dress For Less O.O The men's section is actually bigger and better than it used to be... I remember it being partial downstairs at one point years ago... Though one thing that hasn't changed is like all locations... They don't carry very many, if any men's shoes or accessories compared to H&M... However the amount of clothing/space for men's overall is more impressive than previously. They have kids/boy + girls + unisex upstairs as well with shoes and a check out area, though it's not always occupied or in use. I do like popping in to see what they have but just wish the upkeep and service was consistent.

The service I had here was great. The cashier lady was so helpful and kind. She understood that I received a gift online from one of my students parents which obviously didn't come with a gift receipt because I'm going to assume the parent ordered online (couldn't ask for a gfr) so when I need to exchange it for the next size up she told me it would have to be a final sale, which was fine with me. She also informed me of some of the policies that I didn't know about, so for the future, it will be helpful. The store itself seemed to be super clean and well organized.

Do not go to this store! Racist unprofessional people!Very unpleasant and rude people work here.My mom and I came to change the size of the sweatpants for my dad, and the lady that works there refused to help us.She was very rude, came with an attitude asking me to pay the full price if I want to change to size.I explained that the other person who works there said different. She refused to helps us and when I asked to return the item, she said “I don’t want to help you” - that is my right to return the item. The lady with the bright red // orange hair was very unprofessional, refused to return my money just because she doesn’t want to.

Honestly what a weird experience. I went today to see the new hello kitty line and i understand there is a hype at the moment so I was aware that the pieces were limited. I see a grey knit with hello kitty holding a heart. I ask an employee if there were anymore she said no and then asked if we could purchase the display one on the mannequin she said no. In the most sassiest way she says " there is a list 6 people deep" and says you can join the list. Both me and my bf were thrown back by her way of approaching us because a simple no we can't sell that one we can add you to a wait list for it would have been so much better. Every single part of the interaction was just very sassy and it felt like I did something wrong. She said her name was Emily she has glasses and a hand tattoo. Best of luck to anyone else asking for her help.

Offered me a 20% discount if I applied for the credit card. I had to apply 4 separate times because their computer was down. I paid for the transaction in full with no discount then was told I can void the transaction and get r the 20% discount. I ended up having to pay twice. I paid $140 the first time I paid. Then they finally voided the transaction and rang it up again with the discount. Then I was charged $113 and never got refunded for $140. I'll change my review if I get the refund. My feedback is the associate should have just offered me the 20% discount the first time I was charged instead of making me pay twice to get a discount SHE offered me. It created a poor customer experience for me as I'm out $253 dollars now for a $113 transaction. I hope I get my $140 back.

Doesn’t allow size exchange even if you have a receipt and tag on the clothing. I would be hesitant buying here unless you know you’re going to keep it.

They “close” early just being lazy and unprofessional. I worked in retail and closing before the close time online could get you in trouble by corporate. Will be reaching out to them.

Girl if your website says you close at 8, then you close at 8. Not 7:48 be fr. I used to work in retail and closing before the posted time can you get in serious trouble with corporate. Lazy and rude workers.

Guys section isn't a priority. There was one assistant on the entire floor.

It's exactly what you'd expect out of a Forever21... except I've had 2 experiences with an incredibly rude staff member.

Hey, who owns Forever 21 these days, anyway? No longer the immigrant Chang family, who built the fast-fashion empire from one single Highland Park store, only to lose it all in bankruptcy in 2019. Now helmed by Authentic Brands; they own a million other brands too (Brooks Brothers, Nine West, Nautica, Aeropostale). And I think they are doing a pretty good job with Forever 21.Like Starbucks, they are everywhere. But I like this two-story Sherman Oaks location -- always so neat and clean, not too much stuff jammed on the racks, plenty of friendly salespeople around to help. I asked about the price of a long coat and the salesperson was nice enough to not only find the price, but looked online for a lower price, then matched that price. Wow. Gents, head up the in-store escalator for men's stuff; all the sale stuff is up here too. The prices are literally jaw dropping and I think you will agree that the quality is a few steps up from what you expected. $20 mens sweaters feel like $100, no lie. Even a Gucci guy like me can find an armful of stuff to try on and a few things to buy. Ladies' stuff dominates here, and I challenge any gal not to find an awesome sweatshirt or top. All I'm saying that Forever 21 is worth another look! Fight me!

I buy clothes at forever 21 once a month.I usually go to the Beverly center store, and I've bought at the Woodland Hills Store, the Palm Springs store, Northridge, Santa Monica, burbank, and many others.I love that you can buy in one store and return in another store, I've done it MANY times before, but today, I went for the first time to the Sherman Oaks store (0238) With clothes from the Beverly center store that I bought on Friday (2 days ago), and the Sherman oaks manager told me that the policy is that you have to return the clothes to the original store where you bought the clothes, he told me that forever 21 has always had that policy, return where you buy, which I know it's not true cause I've done it before. I've bought at Beverly center and returned at the Woodland Hills and no problem. I've bought at the Palm Springs store and returned at the burbank store and no problem. The payment method was my credit card, (no cash, no Apple Pay), the return had to be made to my credit card (the original payment method). But he said no. So I had to drive to the original store to return my clothes and I asked if the policy had changed or something that I wasn't aware of happened and they said no. So the manger from the Sherman oaks store lied to me and made me drive one hour away and wasted my time.Such a shame cause I checked out the store and it had awesome things. I guess I'll stick to the other forever 21 stores.

I stopped by this location of Forever 21 inside Westfield, looking for some jackets. My first time at this particular store. It is a pretty big store, on two levels, we had to go upstairs to check out the Men's area. I am glad they have one here. On the way back down, the escalator wasn't working. We could use the exercise, but I was thinking of folks who might have trouble walking down all the stairs. The style isn't for us, but the merchandise has some variety. Just checking out what they have new, not loving their winter collection, but I'll check back during another season.
