I had to make an obnoxiously large return (didn't know what size or color to get and it was only on sale for Black Friday so I just ordered everything...) They we're super understanding and quick - much appreciated!

Went to Macy's today for makeup and was helped by Siranush in Lancôme and I just wanted to give her a shout out. Siranush was very welcoming, knowledgeable, patient and so helpful. She had great suggestions. I'd recommend seeing Siranush for all your makeup needs and questions at Macy's.

Super clean and well organize athletic shoe and apparel store with personable customer service. This store is located at the East end of the mall near Macy's on the top level/floor.
