I walked into this office today and was completely ignored. Horrible customer service. I brought my purchase to the register and 2 guys were there at a table behind the counter. Both were talking to each other and just standing there. One guy said are you ready to purchase that item? I said yes and they both just stood there! I waited a bit but they kept on talking to each other. If it was that important -one of them could have said we will be with you shortly or something! RUDE!

Bunch of attitude from the people that work there. Makes me not want to come back to this location. I asked to look at the packaging job they did bc I was shipping a delicate lens across country and wanted to let my boss know it was shipped wrapped in bubble wrap. Had to send a picture. Guy working was hesitant to bring me the box once he was done wrapping. Doesn't say anything. Walks over with a bunch of attitude. I also stood there at the desk for about 5 minutes while a lady that works there stood in front of me doing some other work, doesn't say a word, completely ignored me even though I had a cart full of boxes and there was no line. Over $700 worth of shipping I paid for that day. There was one young kid who finally came to help me. He was cool and very accommodating.

My favorite fedex team! I refuse to go to any other store. So incredibly helpful and kind. They really pay attention to the guest's shipping needs and understand when a package is important, they treat it with care. They have helped me in so many ways during last minute large printing requests. So grateful to this team!

I would be delighted to write an amazing review for Craig, Celeste, and Jorge for their exceptional customer service at the FedEx of Sherman Oaks!From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with a warm smile from Craig, who kindly offered to assist me with any questions or concerns I had. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and services offered at FedEx and patiently answered all of my questions.As I was waiting to be helped, I observed Celeste interacting with several other customers, and was impressed by her genuine enthusiasm and dedication to ensuring that each customer was satisfied with their experience. She went above and beyond to ensure that everyone's needs were met, even offering to personally deliver a package to a nearby location to ensure it arrived on time.When it was my turn to be helped, Jorge took over and continued the amazing customer service experience. He was professional, efficient, and went out of his way to make sure that my package was securely packaged and ready to be shipped.Overall, the level of customer service provided by Craig, Celeste, and Jorge was simply outstanding. Their friendliness, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction truly exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be returning to the FedEx of Sherman Oaks for all of my shipping needs in the future, thanks to these amazing individuals.

Almost never need to go to Fedex, but when I do I'm glad this Print & Ship Center is at my convenience!Stopped in over the weekend to drop off a package to be shipped that was already prepaid. Decided to try out one of the self ship & go kiosk which was fairly easy to use. I wasn't sure if I should drop it in the shipping bin next to the kiosk... There was no way to tell if the pin was full or not but a FedEx team member asked if I was set and offered to take it off my hands and put it with her outgoing packages so I was grateful.The layout of this center is clean and pretty spacious. There were only two other customers in the store, stocked shelves and supplies including tape, cards, envelopes, packaging, boxes and a ton of notebooks and pads... Even some clearance supplies as well as grab-n-go beverages and snacks.Easy parking next to Starbucks in the Gelson's and Best Buy shopping center on Van Nuys Blvd and Milbank. Great first experience that I do recommend for yourself.

Very convenient and great team. Always easy and helpful. Plus, they always have the Fed Ex supplies we need. Also, very easy parking.This is my go to Fed Ex store.

I've never considered reviewing a FedEx office location until my experience with Alvin today. I've been to this location a few times to drop packages and it's been fine, no crazy lines.When I walked in to pickup a print order that I placed through Canva (make sure you tell them u ordered through Canva bc it's a different search) I waited a few short minutes before Alvin greeted me with that energy you feel when someone is grateful and happy to be here. Alvin was incredibly kind, personable, and helpful. It looks like he spreads that energy to other employees and sets the tone. Even though I was only here about 5 minutes, he made what could be an annoying errand absolutely lovely. I would come back here just to deal with Alvin again because people are everything and employees can make or break an experience for a business. Thank you Alvin!
