I was looking for a UPS or drop of mailbox nearby the area (along burbank and van nuys) and the lady from CVS pharmacy told me that there's a mailbox right accross and I went, Axel from this office is very helpful and super nice. I recommend their effecient and good service.

Best mailbox center for miles. Every time I come here the service is excellent. I needed to send a fax months ago and he did it for free without thinking twice. Old school style service. Very appreciated. Padded envelopes reasonably priced. Everything you need. I couldn't recommend a better place. A PLUS.

Been with Federal Mailbox for a couple years now and so far they've been great. I had two other PMBs previously that caused me lots of headaches. But I signed up with Federal Mailbox about a year after their move to the current location on Van Nuys near Burbank Blvd (only two blocks from my condo) and was very pleased with their service from the very start. And when new management took over in June 2022, things got even better. Isaac Garca (the new owner) is a really friendly guy and his employees who are there most of the time are not only friendly but always helpful. No problems at all with the current Federal Mailbox Center. Can highly recommend.

Excellent Service ❗❗❗❗❗ Axel & Jax work smoothly and efficiently in providing for your needs❗ They check your mailbox for any notes regarding any package that arrived for you. They hand you your letter mail and proceed to pick up your package if you have them. If you have any questions, they provide you the answers clearly and in a very cordial and pleasant manner❗ It's always a pleasure to renew our service contract with them. Not all heroes wear capes but I think I’ll find one for Axel! If this sounds like hyperbolic, it shouldn’t. He saved me from having to rush to the post office after my session at the gym next door. It was a small request for a stamp, and not only did he fulfill it, but he was gracious and kind to me. We even chatted for a minute after his heroic act. I really appreciate him and his kindness. Thanks Axel!
