There is nothing express about the express. Theyll cut you off in line with five or more cars they are providing full service washes to. And the wash itself does not do a good job.

A Nightmare !! It is now 6:45 pm
I arrived at 5:40 I ordered a Best of the Best for $39.99 as I had a package of 5
The guy said “ only $10 more for the $79.99
Hand Wash
I said OK
The nightmare began
After 30 minutes my car was not in sight
A worker tells me “ its not ready “ at 50 minutes I was extremely worried and realized I would not be able to get home & change for dinner I walked around and my car was sitting there having NOT EVEN BEEN STARTED !!! It was filthy
A worker said “ they told me 5 minutes ago”
The manager said “ I was short guys I have 2 guys on it now” 18 minutes to 7 pm!!
I do not blame the workers but the job is NOT at all what I paid $50 for
The windshield is not properly cleaned
It’s an awful rushed job
This is APPALLING and fouled up my entire evening
I am going to get my $$ back from my package of washes and contact my credit card company to STOP payment on this “handwash”
I like Lucy at this place very much always friendly & gracious
but not going to this car wash again

Came here with a Groupon for a synthetic oil change and car wash, then was told I would have to pay an extra 16.99 for the oil filter which was not disclosed before hand. Luckily Groupon returned a credit to my account for the 16.99 but I would’ve preferred to have my money back. Also when I got in vehicle my steering wheel was all oily. Overall wouldn’t ever come back here unless you liked being screwed over and having your steering wheel covered in oil.

UPDATE from my review 4 months ago: if you read my last review, you can see I’ve been a loyal customer for over 2 years now. I got a brand new car (so it wasn’t very dirty to begin with) and paid $90 for the hand wash + interior cleaning. The interior barely looked cleaned and had streak marks all over the seats (see photo). I showed the manager, Gerardo, who had a terrible attitude and basically wouldn’t do anything about it. I had to go and was traveling but said he could comp me a wash for when I am back and he said he wouldn’t do that. Terrible wash for the price + no accountability or willingness to make it right. They just lost a loyal customer of years.
UPDATE-- response from the owner on this post a lie. This was not three weeks ago, this was last week and my transaction date can prove it. Second, I paid $90 not $80. Third, yes I was in a rush and I told them from the JUMP that this was the case and they said it was not a problem. The streaks in the back seat are NOT from spilling my water bottle, which spilled inside my purse and not at all in the car/backseat. Please do not twist the story.

Depending on how they feel, especially the old senior laborers, they play games with order of the wash and steal your loose coins. The service advisors play with their phones instead of taking care of the customers

Never again! There system for express wash is awful. They have retailers and regular washes constantly cutting in line.

Don't get your hopes up. Really dissappointed with this place. They upsell the wax and tire finish then just roll you through a regular machine car wash. They are "spray the dirt off with water" car wash.

I chose the best car wash, paid $ 40, the car was washed badly, the threshold was not wiped, footprints on the door were not removed, the panel was covered in dust and crumbs. I don't recommend it

The express wash lane is ridiculously SLOW. 25 minutes trapped with no where to get out. The service of this place has been going down over the last several months.
