Majic and his team were fantastic to work with. From beginning to end, he was extremely communicative and reliable. He worked with me on pricing, was honest and upfront, and made sure that I was 100% happy with the completed job. The whole team went above and beyond to make my condo flooring absolutely perfect! We had a major pipe rupture in our living room and all the wood flooring buckled and warped within hours. We went to see Bruce Henson of Fashion Carpets and he showed us all of our options for replacement. He was very calm and trustworthy, he came to our house to see the damaged area, he helped us measure the amount of wood needed, and returned calls when we reached out to him. It was a very good experience and his workers just finished the job. I appreciate Bruce's help and will use them again.

I am deeply dismayed to report my recent experience with Flooring America, where they not only demanded but insisted on an unlawful 50% deposit for my flooring project. This demand clearly exceeds the legal limit set by the state and does not comply with California Contractors State License Board regulations, which explicitly restricts deposits to 10 percent of the total job cost.Despite my attempts to address this issue, Flooring America displayed a complete disregard for these regulations, showing a concerning lack of respect for legal boundaries. Their unethical insistence on an excessive deposit is deeply troubling.I urge all potential customers to be extremely cautious when dealing with Flooring America. Their actions demonstrate a blatant disregard for the law and raise serious doubts about their integrity and professionalism. It is vital to choose businesses that operate ethically and within the confines of the law.Consider this a firm warning to others - do your due diligence and select companies that respect legal regulations and treat customers with fairness and integrity. Flooring America has shown a complete disregard for both the law and customer rights, and I cannot emphasize strongly enough the need to avoid them at all costs.

Majic was magic! I highly recommend working with them for all your flooring needs. Majic walked me through step by step on the full scope of work and offered a fair price. Great communication through out the project to make sure they finished the project in time. Majic was kind to cover the floor of a small storage space that was not in the original quote-without extra cost. No detail too small, they made sure all the appliances that were removed were put back correctly in working condition. Super happy with the finished floor and looking fwrd to working with them again on future projects.

Whole experience was great! I met with 4-5 different companies for quotes and this just felt like the right fit - could tell I was in good hands. They were able to get us in quickly and everything went smoothly. Bruce was great to work with and the installation team was awesome as well. We love our new floors. Highly recommend.

Flooring America installed new floors in my home December 2021 and couldn't be happier. Not only was the job finished exactly as Majic said, the workers were professional and so clean. Her it is, almost three years later and I'm still happy with my floors. It was a pleasure working with Majic and the others at the store. He was patient with all of my questions and changes in product. I'd recommend Flooring America without hesitation.

Majic and Flooring America did a great job taking out the carpet in our home and replacing it with laminate. Majic was very helpful and answered all the questions we had. They made sure to have it all done before we needed to move in and the final product looks great!

Highly professional, prompt replies, great customer service at the store, which is full of lovely flooring options. The carpet installation from Luis was a quick and easy experience. It looks fantastic Plus, the price was reasonable, which is always a cherry on top. I'm overall extremely happy with the Flooring America. Thanks!

My fiancée and I just closed on a house, but then had to fly to Iowa for my brother's wedding. With 10 days before the movers came and the night before the flight, the seller informed us that the carpet in the master room badly needed to be replaced because of the stains they found after moving out.While in Iowa, I had to find a way to get quality carpet in the room and installed. I called three places before finding Flooring America. The other places only had stock carpet or were unhelpful.When I called Flooring America, not only was Majic able to work with us given the constraints but had good carpet on hand, and was looking at the photos of the house while on the call with us and recommending colors and ideas. We booked him. His team were able to come out 5 days later.We just got back and checked out the new carpet yesterday, and it's awesome. It's exactly what we wanted, and the color goes great with the room. We are so happy to have found Majic and his team.We need to redo the bonus room in the future and will absolutely be using Flooring America for that.
