I have been coming to this location for years and I have always been treated nicely and respectfully up until today. I came across Natalie (Not sure that’s her name). And apparently she owns Express because there was no other supervisor/ person above her. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, we all have bad days but today I just have a bad feeling about the whole experience. I’m really hoping if in fact she is a supervisor that she gets better training. I’m sure I am not the first person or the last one to complain about her attitude and bad energy.

I have a big party to go to and stop at express to fine, an elegant outfit, so impressed with the selection and the staff Brain, and Paloma were amazing . Honest and patient.. highly recommend this place .

So I ordered some sunglasses to pick up it's been 3 days and no response I called and said what's goin on and they said that they are backed up in the pick up department and I never received a call back to get my order I placed and paid for with Apple Pay so now I had to request a refund due to lazy workers there or I dunno what's goin on there at the Sherman oaks store location!! Smh.. had to reorder them and have them delivered due to there laziness

I came into this location to look for a coat I been wanting, I came across a wonderful lady named Sandy ! She is that greatest, I wish there was more starts to rate this women. She helped me with a coat and other clothing I wasn’t even looking into buying! Well I did .. thank you Sandy ! I’ll definitely return here .

This is a reply for SHAMSI M . She posted already here putting lies . And now I'm not longer working for this trashy company so l can speak up the truth . I can't not be part of a company who condones sexual harrasment and discrimination condoning by paulina chernin(district manager /we don't have access to HR and associates and managers are suffering this kind of treatment So let me tell you the story is this loser(SHAMSI M ) she came with the worst attitude and one of the associate was helping her then the associate was getting cussed and yelled by this lady . She was trying to return disgusting items that she already wore normally the company takes them even if it comes with lice and stink . THE LADY BROUGHT A EXPIRED RECEIPT SO THERE IS NO WAY TO GIVE STORE CREDIT INTO A GIFT CARD . There is only an exchange that they can do . So the associate was clear and explained to the lady that she can exchange the clothes for something else . The lady declined the offer and kept cussing at the associate because she wanted a gift card so the associate called me ( ex manager ) and I had to explain to the lady what the associate had explained to her already . Then she started telling me I wasn't understanding her ( yes with that broken English . See her grammar in her post, instead of putting lies she should be going back to school and learn ENGLISH . I told her i knew what she was trying to say so she got angry . She tried to leave and after one second came back to yell at the associate and telling that the associate looks like 18 or 19 years old . I stepped in and told her excuse me " she had given you the right information have a good day if you want you can call customer relations go ahead I can give the phone number . she grabbed her items and left . THIS STORE CLOSES EVERY TIME THERE IS NO STAFF ENOUGH TO RUN THE STORE SO THE CUSTOMER IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT PAULINA CHERNIN. WITHOUT EMPLOYEES THERE IS NO BUSINESS !! .

I swear every time I come into the store I spend at least three to $500 meanwhile while I'm shopping there's people working here watching me with all these clothes in my hands and they never ever ask can I get a dressing room started for you every time I come here I need to stop torturing myself and coming here.

i went an hr ago to return something it was shoes that i bought in november it a 90 days returant it was passed i understand completely it not going to my an account again i understand BUT WTH no store credit that i can use it later they force to spend it that day or take the item back and come back another day two people one cashier that explain that me tell me did you get me i told i am 19 years old i am 60 years old that's not the way you talk and the manager young guy came defending her without knowing what happen no sorry or we do it this time plus they don't cash sign said credit only . i was so mad i had take item back in box i leave far . NO WONDER 2.5 stars. negative 5 in my eyes

I had the worst experience on Dec 31 I was doing a a couple of returns and exchange first she took forever to take them and she did 3 at a time for exchange when I asked why was the reason she took forever she simply answered in a rude tone, she even forgot to remove the censor of the items I was exchanging them for!!! I’ve never felt unwelcome at a store before! I didn’t get her name because she didn’t have a name tag she was a short girl and the line was huge at the time this Incident happened! The company needs to do a better a job hiring people that are representing the company!poor customer service!

I am very disappointed with this company. First their clothing pieces are just not the same as before-lots of polyester pieces. Second and most disappointed-they apparently have no store credit policy... who does that. In this era of online shopping people unfortunately have to return some items, but they have exchange only and only can apply to only store purchases. So in essence they make you loose your money since limited stock and choices in store. Not planning to shop their any more
