I had a great experience at dna smog check station! The service was quick and hassle-free, and the staff was courteous and knowledgeable. They walked me through the process and got everything done efficiently. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish, and I was impressed by how clean and well-organized the station was. I’ll definitely be coming back here for my next smog check. Highly recommended!
P.S ask for Eric and you don’t have to worry about nothing he will take care of any issues

Dishonest employees, told me I needed new rotors and calipers and after scamming me I have no pressure in the brakes due to air in the lines.

Dishonest. Would not return here. I came in after I called to confirm that they would honor their coupon price that's available on this page. They told me that's fine but it would be cash only (sketchy...)
I show up and they perform the smog check, and hand me a bill for full price. When I inform the guy that I called earlier and was told I could use the coupon, he told me that that's not for SUVs. Ok.... Then he tells me that I can use another coupon that's not quite as good, and still cash only. I only had enough cash with me to cover the price I was told on the phone and he accepted that. He was also giving me a weird attitude. Would not go back here, and recommend others to go elsewhere as well. Too many options around.

Number 1, Armand has excellent customer service skills. Number 2, he completed my smog so fast I thought I failed lol. But last but not least, I was having a pretty bad day, I mean I couldn’t conceal it….Armand showed me compassion and gave me grace. He saw I was trying to be a functional mess so he asked “do you want to move you pull the car up or can I do it for you?” I was glad he asked because I was a little all over the place. He offered me words of encouragement and even some supplements to try for anxiety. Today he gave me more than a smog and it was no small gesture to me. I love when people show that hope isn’t lost

Have come here a couple of times for different vehicles to be smogged. The place is fast, efficient and one of the better priced shops in town. Highly recommend!

I've been using DNA for years and don't know why I haven't written a review till now. David is the owner and the nicest guy you'll ever meet. I go to him for everything, from simple stuff like replacing light bulbs to major periodic checkups. Prices are more than fair, especially if you compare to dealership prices. We're lucky to have DNA in our neighborhood!

No appointment necessary but you can call in advance. They always answer the phone and are very polite. Service is fast and efficient. Documents submitted electronically to DMV. Ask about the cash-only coupon. Highly recommended!
