The tall, male CSR was rude with me from the moment I asked him a question. My experience echoes several of the other negative reviews. He was combative to a point that was surprising. Being a customer service rep at their store, one would think that he would have somewhat good communication skills, but he was so rude to an off-putting degree. How does management keep a guy like this on?

Wish I could give zero stars. Same experience as many people on here. The asst manager, at least he said he was, was verbally rude. Almost to an inconceivable level where I thought he had a meltdown in front of me. But after reading several reviews, it's just the same experience. He was short with me at first. When I commented on how he was interacting with me, he became aggressive. Interesting that with so many complaints about the same employee, they keep him on staff.Horrible.

I've shopped here before with no problems. Went to buy a bong today. The assistant manager was the only one out front and was on the phone. Did not acknowledge me so I grabbed a bong that was sitting on the counter, and he barked at me for touching a bong without asking. I told him I was looking to buy a bong and needed assistance which I wasn't getting while he was on the phone so he hung up and tried to help me, but he was about as rude as one could be. I challenged him on it, and he told me he was stressed because their register was down so he couldn't sell me anything today anyway. One can be stressed at their job, but it's not the best customer service policy to take your frustrations out on a customer. Kind of unbelievable they would hire someone as an assistant manager with horrible customer service skills. He could have explained it to me as soon as I walked in instead of being rude and losing a customer. I hope the manager reads this and replies.

This place is great! Everywhere I knew was out of raw tips so I went here for the first time and he has tons of Raw options and was such a nice vibe! Great deals on everything wow! I pledge my loyalty!

0 stars. Came in a while ago for a "smell proof" backpack and a wax vaporizer. The backpack was anything but smellproof but sent me back $80. The vaporizer they sold me was broken, which they eventually fixed for me free of charge. The backpack they never gave me a refund despite it only being less than 1 month. Overpriced glass and they don't stand by their products. Would not recommend.

They're expensive, although I havnt had any of the bad experiences you read about here and both employees I've run into my last 3 trips here were very helpful, knowledgeable and didn't give me that buy something and get out feeling some places are so good at. I spent about 200 on a nice piece that would have been 150 online but I wouldn't have had it right away and with shipping would have been close to that anyway so they really aren't All that much.

I'm so upset. I went in to buy a gift for christmas, and when I asked the lady to wrap the gift up. I didn't look at the item afterwards. I got home and immediately noticed the bong was broken on the inside. The expensive piece is not fixable, not usable, and when I called the store immediately, they told me it was my fault for walking out of the store and they have no return or exchange policy. Please do not shop here. My experience was awful.

Horrible customer experience. There are two really great employees there that if you go there when they are there you will have a great experience. I try to shop small business, but I can't with this shop anymore. I tried giving feedback only to be blocked by I assume the manager who helped me. Try other small business that are still doing phone orders insteadThe owner claims this was during covid which just shows the kind of person he is. Rather than face criticism he deflects. This was two months ago and am happy to share the DM screen shots. SHOP ELSEWHERE

Do not come here. Bad customer service. Sold me a vape pen that didn't work and said sorry, I had to contact the supplier. Will not be coming back. Lost my business over a $13 item.
