Be aware of scam at this store!!!! Do NOT buy gift cards here. I bought $600 worth of Ebay gift card. The real cards are supposed to have 13 digits but the ones I bough from this CVS has only 11 digits. I was scammed at this store. I called the manager and they said though luck. I acknowledged purchase, which looks real on the screen. I am out $600 and CVS nor Ebay can fix it.

This store needs a manager- they do not open pharmacy in timely matter and when ask why are they opening so late ? Emplearé always late - I bet everyone is fixing there time cards???

Today we went for passport photos and the guy whose name is Jaime was very rude and even racist , he wasn’t helpful he just made my day the worst ever he doesn’t help us to get the photo size that we have in mm and it should be in inches we tried to convert it into inches then when he printed the photos he just gave to us as it is and said you cut it yourself by the scissors . We have been very nice with him but he didn’t show any respect he was very racist with me ( religious purpose) . Never ever go there ,even there was an old men who was trying to make a copie of his keys he didn’t help him . This was my store for 9 years but not anymore at all

Ronaldo and Lidia were extremely helpful and generous when they helped me find my phone, they showed simpathy and humanity which is rear these days, thank you guys I appreciate your humanity, this is my go to pharmacy where employees are very knowledgeable and caring!

The CVS at 14735 Ventura Sherman Oaks, particularly in the pharmacy, seldom has more than 1-2 people to help the long lines of customers trying to pick up their prescription!! In addition, I’ve been told that they either did not have the medicine in stock or not enough to complete the prescription. Also, I was given another person’s prescription of a controlled substance and I brought it back the next day. Lastly, I been the wrong quantity of the Rx.

If you use drive thru and this Armenian lady appeared behind the glass, be very careful because this lady is crazy and nervous. She poured my medicine into the box and when I was picking up my medicine, she suddenly pulled the box and my hand was about to be injured, and when I complained, she said do whatever you like.
