Narges is wonderful. Kind, caring, great at her job and goes above and beyond for her customers. Although it set her behind in her work, she took the time to fill a prescription that I desperately needed to go through tonight and tomorrow. Narges is always a joy to see and I wish all pharmacists could be like Narges. I always look forward to seeing her. She is very warm as well.

Doctor Narges went beyond expectations helping me with my request and getting ready my meds in a matter of 10 minutes plus sending request for prescription renewal. she is an great Pharmacist.

They closed midnight. I thought they’re 24 hours. But they are not.. and I understand that working may not be pleasant. But I don’t understand why all the staff here have angry faces. This cvs store staff are infecting bad feelings to others.

It says open 24 hours on googl ,when I arrived there at 12am found it closed, this is what happened to me tonight. Please fix the information shows to help the people saving their time and efforts. Thank you

It's not open 24 hours anymore. Stopped about 2 months ago. They close around 12ish when they feel like it. Can't blame em due to the homeless transients making their own laws and cops doing nothing to make store fronts feel safe.

This CVS pharmacy location is the worst location to pick up prescriptions. I am typing this review while on my third attempt to reach them by phone, as they answered and hung up the first time and put me on an abnormally long wait the second. I always thought the horribly long lines and slow service was the worst of it. I was wrong. I called in on Friday, Oct 6 to ask if my prescription refill was ready to be picked up from this location. The lady on the phone said I can come in on Monday Oct 9, in the afternoon, to pick it up, as it will be ready. I was able to come in today, Wednesday Oct 11. A man working up front looked up my info and said it wasn’t ready. I WAS SO UPSET. I got off work and drove straight there from a long distance! I was misled. After some pointless back and forth and after a female employee interrupted to “help” me only by saying “omg you look so pretty” and continuing to waste my time and give me irrelevant info, the gentleman moved me aside and said he “can call in and transfer the prescription info to another cvs pharmacy closer to where I live”. He called them in front of me and said “you can pick it up from this specific location in 10-15 minutes”. I repeated what he said to confirm I heard right. He confirmed. Already tired, I drove to the other location. Drive took 20 mins. I assumed the prescription would be ready. Person there says nothing is showing on the computer and no one from the other pharmacy transferred anything over, but did make a call. They told me they would start processing the order anyway, and told me to wait a longer time. THIS PHARMACY IS THE WORSE PHARMACY FILLED WITH INCOMPETENT, MISLEADING EMPLOYEES WHO DO NOT CARE AN OUNCE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. Don’t bother calling them either. They won’t answer. I never have taken this much time to right a review. Oh and I’d rather give this pharmacy zero stars. ONE star is just too much.

Those workers are dummies,don't know how to attend the costumer a guy named Axel is one of the worst workers I ever see.The manager needs to give some instructions to those kids how to do their jobs

I walked in at midnight 9/15/23 needed a passport photo and wasn't able to get one because they did not want to take one. Not because the machine was down. No explanation from the manager. Just that they could not do it at this hour. Although it says on the website that photos are available. I come at this hour because I have an emergency with the passport agency. Now because of poor customer service I have missed my deadline.

I have a cold. The medicine I have been using hasn't helped with the symptoms. Because the Sherman Oaks CVS has a 24 hour pharmacy, I went there around 6 am and asked the pharmacist if she could make a recommendation. She said I didn't have a cold, I had allergies. I assured her that the symptoms had just started. She kept arguing. I said I have never had allergies (I am a senior citizen.) She refused to make a recommendation. Notably, she carefully remained 6 feet away. Allergies are not contagious, but colds are. I went to Walgreens. A very nice pharmacist discussed with me Claritin vs Benadryl. I bought the Claritin and a bunch of other stuff. The Sherman Oaks pharmacy is only a few blocks away, but I have my prescriptions filled elsewhere because of the horrible service and typically long lines at this one. Today was a typical experience for this pharmacy.

The pharmacy is the worst. Appointments are not adhered to, and they never ever pick up the phone. Just close this joint, CVS. You are embarassing yourself.
