We have really liked this branch. It has always felt friendly, personal, and safe. Ana Quzian has been great, she is our point person there. She is so efficient and pleasurable to deal with. We are sad to hear the branch is closing. We aren't fans of another local branch. We hope the other branch, close by, gets better. But it feels like an attitude problem. The people are also nice at the Lankershirm office, but it's farther for us. But I'd rather drive farther than feel uncomfortable. Anyway, Ana, thank you for your help, always.

We love this branch location .....used to go to Encino and the customer service there was lacking ...now i hear that sherman oaks is closing and so sad.....please please ...i sure hope you move Stefan and Payman over to encino ......they are wonderful and know how to treat the customer ....

This bank is amazing. I switched from Chase to City National. I used to work in the same building as this branch. Even though I moved my office, I still do my banking at this branch because Anna and her team are amazing. I highly recommend Anna and her team for all your banking needs.

I have a citi national check for me to cash it out but they said i cant cash out it out because theres i stamp on the chase bank.. chase bank stamp that as a proof of of they didnt cash out the cash.. citi national bank manager told me to go to Chase Bank and to comfirm that i didnt cash out the check then they will cash it out.. when i went to chase bank and the manager of chase bank call them to verify that chase didnt cash out the check, then all of a sudden the citi national manager told the chase manager that they will not cash out the check, eventho the chase manager already telling them that my check is fine to cash out..long story short, the city national bank was lying that they will cash out my check and it was raining and im with my pregnant wife and my 11mo th baby.. they dont care and you could tell that thyre racist....

Been banking with CNB personally and professionally for 15 years and I love them. The Sherman Oaks Branch is run by a wonderful group of people.
