Today, July 20, I went to change my check from the company at work. It is the first time that I have attended this place. I have always changed my checks in sata clarita since I work there. I don't know if they thought I had stolen my check, but I felt discriminated against by the company. The way they treated me at check-in is the name of the restaurant I work, they isolated me to the side as if I were a thief, what I will repeat again is the first time I visited, the place has always changed in santa clear because I work there and I only had some cash because I had my children eating at the macdonald next door I needed to pay the bill so I went to change my check but I didn't think they were going to humiliate me like that cero star

Poor service. I’ve been trying to close down my mother-in-law’s safety deposit box for over a year. She is in poor health and does not live in the Los Angeles area any further. So they said due to protocol we need to be in person since we do not have the key any further. I said not a problem now for the last two weeks. I’ve been trying to get an appointment that works for us and it took them over a week to get a response from a locksmith. I guess this bank needs to choose a different locksmith. So now we still will not be able to finish the mission and they will keep sending us the stupid bills for the box that we cannot shut down. Poor customer service. not going to name the person I spoke with, but he spoke with an affectation that is demeaning. Very unprofessional. I shall be shutting down my account at Chase as well. You guys need to learn how to treat your customers in a professional manner.

I went in to the branch last Friday near end of day and got exceptional help with my charity's needs. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service I received that day. It was above and beyond for sure. I was helped by Emon, but especially Preni. Thank you, so much, to both of you for your help. The service was very professional as well as empathetic to the needs of my organization. Also, they seem to have plenty of good parking. Highly recommend!

Too bad I couldn’t give zero stars. The worst customer service and the worst branch. I have been banking with Chase since they acquired Washington mutual. The fact that I am taking my time to write this review on a Monday morning shows how horrible the service is. They should be ashamed the way they treat their customers.

Called to ask for a letter with 3 sets of numbers on it and they are unable to help. Instead I was put on hold 2 times and told I would receive a call back about how they can't help me. It was completely ridiculous. The letter could have been written 3 times in the time that it took them to tell me that they couldn't do it.

Never bank here, Zovi the branch manager is a thief!!!! She called claiming I withdrew money from the branch a month ago with no proof. She claimed I went in took the money on camera and no proof on the computer or anything ( B.S as if anyone could walk in a bank take money and they have no proof of it.) Brings me in the branch shows me no proof of withdraw, claims she was wrong then the next day, She illegally enters into my account and withdraws $10,000k. Its been almost 3 weeks no resolve from chase or this Thief, my money is still missing!! This is Insane!

Zovi Kalfayan the branch manager has always been useless. The wait times are longer than 30min on a monday morning with a empty bank. The staff has meeting wile customers are waiting for account rep. Opening a new account and aquiring a new client should be priority rather than having staff meetings during Buisness Hrs This Branch Sucks compared to the Service i received at the Northridge Branch its as simple as Branch Management.
