Wow worst experience ever, this branch need to take some classes in customer service. All I needed to do is to verify identity and update me email. Virginia and her coworker claim I can do it online and no one is available, but I explain this is what the customer service chase person ask me to do and that I already called, so her solution was “ok so you can try another branch …” zero in service

Atrocious customer service. One week out for an appointment to open an account and they don’t seem to care at all

I was frustrated when no one was available to do a wire transfer at 2 branches and the third branch had been closed down. I don’t understand why the branch or phone contact did not tell me I could do it online — Which is what I finally did easily!

Chase Bank has really bad customer service. No longer accept walk ins. Any issue is blamed on bank office. Specifically, deposited checks are held for arbitrary reasons. No recourse when you try to get it sorted.

Worst Chase ATM in Los Angeles. Hands down. Always out of money, or there's always a line.

Non of the bankers know what they are doing. I'll start from the beginning... I set up an appointment for 11:30am arrived early just in case I could be seen early, instead, they were not ready for me until 11:45 am. I had to keep explaining basic banking needs... trying to move $200,000 into chase bank from an account chase helped me set up and another savings account with another bank. ** I'm the only person linked to all the accounts I was trying to merge. Non of the bankers knew how to proceed. I've worked with bankers for 15 years and this should have been a 5 to 10 min visit. I was at chase bank for an hour and they still couldn't figure it out. I'm definitely moving all my funds out of chase bank after this visit.
