This morning have bad experience with fromDest lady I brought the pans for an alteration and she did a really bad job and bring them back again and she charge again I wouldn’t mine she charge me again, but made me upset the way she treated me. She’s so rude I ..missed so much when the owners used to be there he was so nice and kind.Services: Ironing

They ruined a brand new jacket. I brought it in to have the shoulder pads removed. I explained the entire thing to the woman that took in the order. I told her that I only wanted the shoulder pads removed. Nothing else. When I went to pick it up they had dry cleaned it and didn't remove the shoulder pads. The fabric care label on the jacket said "Wash in cold water" "Do not iron". Needless to say when they dry cleaned it they ironed the synthetic fabric and ruined it. When I asked the woman about it she said I was to blame because I never mentioned the shoulder pads. She offered to remove the pads if I wanted to leave it again and pay an additional $20. I'm going to have to find a new cleaners.

HORRIBle cleaners. The woman owner is rude and disrespecful. They do not stand behind their work. Ruined an expensive blouse. Stay away. Spend your money at Streamer Cleaners...they are professional, will not yell and scream at you. Celebrity is the worse! Joanne needs a customer service class!

STAY AWAY! They could care less about your business or you as a customer. For the past 25 years I've been taking my cleaning to Celebrity. It was owned, and possibly still is, by a beautiful and caring man named Paul. Worked his butt off and it appears as a result, he has unfortunately (for us) retired. In his place, are a couple of snarly, rude women that can't wait to give you a hard time. I collect professional sports jerseys (mostly hockey), and for the past 25 years have brought in literally hundreds of jerseys to Celebrity Cleaners to be dry cleaned. (You don't want to wash them as it damages the numbering and lettering). The woman that waited on me claimed completely the opposite, that they would have to wash the jersey and they couldn't be dry cleaned. I explained to her that I've been bringing in jerseys for dry cleaning for 25 years and NEVER had a problem. She refused to listen and when I picked up the other 6 garments that I had brought in for cleaning to leave, she didn't blink an eye, just gave me a sourpuss look. She was curt and rude and 25 years as a customer meant nothing to her. I then took the cleaning over to Dr. J's Cleaning on Moorpark and Woodman. They were extremely pleasant and said they would have no problem cleaning the jersey and their prices were MUCH cheaper than Celebrity. They also are 5 star rated with over 96 reviews. Next time you have dry cleaning and live in the Sherman Oaks area, take it ANYWHERE but Celebrity Cleaners!!!

I have used this Korean run dry cleaners for several years and am happy with their service so far. They also have a Persian lady seamstress who arrives later in the day that does excellent alterations. This dry cleaners accepts both cash and credit / debit cards.

Not sure about these other reviews that have less stars. My wife and I have had nothing but GREAT service with this cleaners. They have had our clothes on time. very cleaned and have been able to take small stains out of clothes each time (food stains and paint stains). We used ti use a cleaners in WeHo and they sucked and we were looking for awhile, purchased a home here in the valley and found them and have been happy since. We would highly recommend them for your cleaning needs.
