Worst Service. You start a chat with some one and ask what you need and they assure you that some one will call you in regard to your inquiry. they do not even bother. I have done it several times and they have the audacity to charge $250 just to take a look at your car, specially if it is an older Cadillac.

This is my fourth time. I take my Cadillac to get fixed for the same problem and keep wasting thousands of dollars so they can get the problem right.

I will never visit this service place. it's been three weeks, my car is not ready yet, but it's only a matter of a day or two. this is the worst services ever. customer service is very disrespectful
