My experience at Sherman Oaks BMW was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, Jesse greeted me and welcomed me to his desk trying to understand what my needs were regarding my car repair. Had a great visit taking my car to this dealership. Carmela my service advisor was very professional and kind. Arnel my mechanic did fantastic job taking care of my car.
