Don’t go here. I just went and spent a lot of money and one of my items wasn’t in the bag and they wouldn’t give me a new one when I sent the receipt!!! It wasn’t even for anything expensive. Truly awful customer service.

My review is For the guy who works for Hermes perfumes not sure I think his name Kareem. What a rude sales guy with very bad attitude. No manners what's so ever with disgusting comments. I don't even want to talk about him. I didn't want to put him where he belongs in a store not to aggravate myself but this sales people should know when you sell a perfume without a tester this is what pretty much happens - return and for your record gift cards we use is not Free money we buy a lot of merchandise to earn it. Anyway it's not worth it to talk about nonsense people

True 5 stars are warranted for Katherine at the returns desk on the second floor. She has been helpful on couple of occasions now. It's a rare, pleasantly surprising, experienced these days to know you're dealing with a human who understands the operations of the place they're working at and the human condition. I wanted to take a moment to give her praise, deservingly so. I hope she gets to see this and gets validation not only for me, but from her coworkers/management. She has a calm, attending, helpful personality. She understands her job and does it well. Once again, it's very rare in the age of computers, machines, desperate hiring ara we are stuck in. Retail is a different monster than 5, 10 years ago. Grateful customer. Thank you Katherine.

If i can give 0 stars I would. You would think they are a high end store with the prices they have and the way they try to look and yet they being acting a lot like JCP and Macys. Zero quality service. Straight up trash.

Bloomingdale in Sherman Oaks used to be one of my absolute favorite stores. It had, that is had past tense. Excellent customer service. Unfortunately since the pandemic, that seems to have all changed. All the sales representatives are completely lacking in personal skills. They all appear to be abrupt and rude. It is all about "the transaction in the amount and has absolutely nothing to do with the customer. Very sad. And an error where in person shopping is becoming extinct. This is a very stupid move on their part.
