Best place to purchase Birkenstock shoes (and Blundstone boots too)! Everyone is very professional, capable, helpful, kind and patient... I've sent many friends there, all of whom loved the experience with no pressure at all and a fantastic, well stocked selection!

Good service, one of them can speak Spanish as well and she made my experience really pleasant, she was helpful and friendly, I chose green vegan Birkenstock and I love them, very comfy. I paid 120 I think plus taxes and other things.

Was in here yesterday to buy a pair of the Kyoto Slide Sandals in black. I love them. I also really like this location and Gail the owner is always so helpful!

I've lived in Sherman Oaks for 25 years but yesterday was the first time I went into this store on a quest to buy leather Boston clogs. The store had way more options than what you find currently from department stores online. (Same prices) The woman that helped me was incredibly patient and helpful while determining the correct size, showing me a half a dozen colors choices and explaining the two footbeds. She was not the least bit pushy, walked away to give me space while I considered the options before me but tentatively reminded me that she was there if I needed anything else. I walked out the door with a pair of oil leather Bostons in the color iron (a color she introduced to me that I wouldn't have considered from photos online) wore them all around my house when I got home and absolutely love them. My experience reminded me of the benefits of shopping at local businesses in lieu of shopping online. No waiting to have an item shipped with the risk it may not work and then going through the hassle of shipping it back AND waiting on a refund. Not only did I get personalized assistance, I actually saved myself time and left completely 100% satisfied with my purchase in hand.I will definitely shop here again! Thank you!

If you like to wear sandals (as I wear them all the except for for the office and gym) this is your place. I realized that I needed some durable indoor sandals so my feet don't hurt going barefoot at home. I wanted the midnight blue Arizona shearling. Gail and her team took care of me. This is the third pair of Birks I have bought at Sandalim (Hebrew for sandals). She makes my feet look and feel great. Sandals are super comfortable and they handle adjusting the straps (as the shearling straps are a little more challenging). As always my feet look and feel great.

The guy was Super understanding and nice. I just wish I hoped on the trend before the shoes were sold out! Recommend to buy from here if you can!

Came here looking EVA Arizonas and oiled leather Bostons which they both keep in stock. The whole process was very quick, the staff are very helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back here for my birkies needs. Parking was a challenge to find in the complex thus 4 stars.

Excellent selection of Birks and Blundstones with friendly sales team and no pressure shopping. I really enjoyed my experience at this store and will be back for more shoes and restoration of my older Birkenstocks.
