I always went to the mall to maintain my watches, now I purposefully go out of my way to visit this shop. This man knows what he is doing, and gets it done fast, but also does an exemplary job every time. I also admire his selection, not only in watches, but other jewelry items that are hard to find today. I look forward to going back for my next watch.

Behind the counter at this little watch shop you will meet the owner, who is also the watch repair guy and everything else. I love this guy, I love this place. If you have a watch that needs a new battery come here! Not only are the prices and services great, the owner is such a sweet person.
I asked him about whether he had someone in the family that would be taking over the business and his answer was a beautiful, funny, touching story about whether or not his son would be taking over the business. (It doesn’t look likely right now)

I brought my watch in to change the bracelet and get a new battery, the man who worked on my watch was super nice and told me I didn’t need a new battery. He explained to me how to take care of my watch and made sure it fit right. He worked on it as soon as I walked in even though they were about to close and the service was super affordable. Highly recommend!!!

Really nice guy who runs the shop. I came in because my back plate off my watch fell off and couldn't get it back on. He exclaimed that you need a special tool and he proceeded to pop it back in. Took less than 30 seconds and when I asked how much, he said don't worry about it. Appreciated his kindness and helpfulness. Definitely coming back for my watch needs.

What an absolutely gem of a store! The minute you walk in it is apparent that this is someone who loves and knows watches. Friendly and very knowledgeable. The price for battery replacement is very reasonable given the quality batteries that’s put in the watches. Highly recommend!

I needed a watch battery replaced, and it was quick and affordable. While there, someone came in asking about fixing a grandfather clock. The owner was very transparent about the cost and lack of value for the customer to spend so much money on fixing it. I appreciate this kind of honesty, especially when I might spend a lot of money on something.

Since 1991, BESTTIME has provided friendly watch and jewelry repair service. Berge, the owner, is a knowledgable, excellent technician. I have been coming to Bestime for years. Repairs are usually made while you wait. A collection of antique clocks, and, of course, modern clocks line the shelves of the store. Prices are fair.DIsplay cases contain a large selection of well priced watches (including professional watches) and jewelry.Berge's collection of meticulously crafted model cars is a joy. He spends hours on his hobby making these beautiful replicas. While they are not available for purchase, it's worth dropping into the shop to see his collection.Enter BESTTIME from the rear, through the alley, for free parking. A few stairs prevent wheelchair accessibly. Handicap street parking, in front of the store, is available.The store is wheelchair accessible, but the bathroom is not.
