Worst client service on the phone ever no one answers just keep asking you to press certain buttons for certain departments that don’t answer. Waste of time . In store manager Manager was lazy, greeting people at the front door, pointing them in certain directions no, nobody was responsible for any department. Chaotic laziness

I came in today to buy a pair of headphones and found some that were clearly marked as 80 dollars but when I brought it up to the register the woman said they were 100. I went back to check if I had been wrong and I was not. So I went back up there and said you very clearly have them marked as 80 back there. She just shrugged and said I don’t know it says 100 here. Others were around too and didn’t bother helping in the slightest so I said you know what forget it. What kind of customer service is that? So pathetic

Wasted my time trying to return a range, worst experience ever. Their website says that you can return any item to the store.

This Best Buy is usually pretty dead which is nice because there's little to no line when checking out. The staff have always been helpful and attentive. There's always parking, you just have to go to the upper lot if the bottom is full. I have never had issues with any of the products that I've purchased, and I go there kind of frequently (maybe once a month or once every two months).

-1 star for the customers parking in curbside who aren’t curbside customers. Staff can do a store intercom announcement that their vehicle will get towed immediately. Where is security? There are people with physical and/or mental disabilities, are handicap, sick, etc who need to have access to this service. 3 stars for staff being friendly and saying they will speak to a manager. 4-5 stars if they actually enforce violation regularly and consistently. There are protected legal disability rights and those rights need to extend to curbside if they aren’t already. There are only 4 curbside spots. That’s not excessive. People not using the service should not park there. Here are pics of the cars/license plates in violation. No one was in those vehicles for the 10 min I had to go into the store for my curbside order. No one was at any register when I had to go in to pick up my order. People were simply shopping in-store. I’m a therapist with clients who have OCD so severely that they didn’t go into a store for the first two years of the pandemic. It is f-ed up people in violation.

It’s not very bad service, It’s No Service Period!
I was there for dvd players and phone chargers, the place was Dead 1 ,2 customers in whole store, I came close to 3 employees chatting, they ignored I was there, further down an other employee chatting on cellphone laughing, turned his back to me! A resort instead of business for them!

Came here because I needed 2 large TVs. Arthur in electronics was more than helpful with getting us the right product and having us informed on what to buy. Great experience and great staff

The staff was helpful and asked us several times if we needed assistance. I found the headphones I wanted. It was weird, but the store had pockets of hot air. Too hot for me, though. Other than that, I'm coming back.
