This place is run by a CLOWN! I'll explain I wanted some cable for a very heavy glass garage door. I simply asked for the wire rating the owner(THE CLOWN) got a bit aggressive. Sorry I'm not gonna risk someone's life by having a garage door fall on them because u think a 1500lb garage door is a joke. Ps I found the same wire they wanted $2.80 a ft. for $.58 a ft.

Not professional, I took my old control so they could match it and they did not even look at it and they said they don’t know which one it was. Then I tried to show them the model number and refused to look at it. They offered me a supposed universal one that they said, I couldn’t return if it didn’t work.

Good guys! A bunch of good guys Gil the owner, He is extremely knowledgeable and all of his products that he sells . Nick the guy who runs the place from behind the counter. He's the best. He too is extremely knowledgeable in all the products he sells. You can ask them anything they know the answers . You will not meet nicer people. Their prices are right down the middle. The service is top notch. The guy who helps you load the truck he will go out of his way to help you to make sure your load is tied down properly.. He's a busy guy but he'll still do that for you. I'm telling a great group of guys. I discovered BG garage door supply about a year and a half ago and they're my first choice always for anything to do with garage doors, gates or access control. They have it all and in stock. They are extremely professional but they have that personal touch thing going on at the same time. That's hard to do. But they do it very well. I can't say enough good things about these guys. Did I mention they're open on Sundays!
