“I've been with Wescom for 14 years and they are nothing but the best. No long lines and excellent customer service. If you looking to get a loan I definitely recommend you talk to luis villegas. He was polite, kind, and extremely helpful and goes above and beyond and will guide you through your best options. I don't understand why he is not in the Sherman Oaks location anymore, lately, I see a lot of staff are replaced with new staff, if they are doing an outstanding job, why have they been replaced? Sherman Oaks Ca, the branch is the best, I hope Luis Villegas returns to this location very soon.”

“One star turned to 5:Third chase bank to visit to finish one simple transaction. The person who i met which was sent to me after I explain my business, have me seat down and after 10 minutes telling me she is not a banker and I need to come back tomorrow morning at 10 30 am.
One whole day from 10 am in santa monica office to wilshire and now sherman oaks and nothing was solved.
Thank God our own business is with wells Fargo.
Update: I was contacted immediately by Anahita Nabizadeh, she made an appointment to see her next day. I was here early she took me in explained everything and done in one hour.
She is extremely professional. Knowledgeable.

“Good employees, good service, good inside banking. One problematic issue that needs to be addressed is the outside ATM machines. Lately, have had more than one bone-chilling experience where a perpetrator approaches or is posing as a legitimate ATM customer during the exact moment when money is being dispensed out of the ATM. With a issue about some uncomprehensible story about the reason I'm taking money out of the ATM. Or just flat out asking for money. Very frightening, feel unsafe.”

She is the most thoughtful, the most thorough, supportive Bank manager I have ever had. In an era where customer service is really declining, I truly feel taken care of by this incredible manager who treats me like royalty, looks out for me and respects me in every way! Banc of California is so lucky to have the caliber of this woman leading their branch on Ventura Boulevard in Sherman Oaks. There is no other bank I would go to or trust as I do Bank of California because of Sandra--every banker should emulate her management style and her outreach to customers. I can't say enough about her in the bank. I truly feel taken care of and that I matter - that my financial wellbeing is important to her. I'm not a number or statistic. Art, the Manager and Gayane, a Personal Banker helped me today and they were great in getting my wires out in a timely fashion. “Local in-store branch US Bank with ATM just passed the Lottery, Coinstar and animal plush crane drop machines.Open 6 days a week, including Saturdays until 4pm... Pre-pandemic in-store branches were open on Sundays as well, but with mobile banking and even atm features improving every year there's definitely not as much of an urgency for in-person bank services, however this branch is definitely there to help.Some of my favorite tellers in Los Angeles, very personable, efficient and friendly and willing to help.This location is inside the Ralph's on Van Nuys & Burbank Blvd just before the pharmacy. The line, if any usually forms along the isle land for either a tell or the ATM.”

“Totally not the branch’s fault but I had a frustrating experience where I was not able to access funds from a new business account. They were very attentive and responsive in getting the situation fixed asap. Shout out to the manager Chanaka, and staff Briana, Josh and Michael. It was a team effort and they kept checking in to make sure I was being taken care of.I’m a new customer but while waiting I could see other customers knew manager by name. They seem to really care and do their jobs well, if you bank with usbank I highly recommend this branch.”

“This Bank of America branch's interior is business-like, with a minimalist, "Madison Avenue" style. There's lots of comfortable seating. Glass walled private offices, define the reception area.There was a short wait for a teller. Marjan, who handled my transaction, is knowledgeable and friendly.Came back a second time at 10:10. The wait time in the queue was 30 minutes. There was only one teller on duty.ATMs are located at the front and rear of the building. The front ATM is in an enclosed lobby that requires a bank card for entry, when the facility is closed.There is no drive thru. Ample free parking in their lot. Everything is ADA compatible.”

“Elvin is awesome and the people were very helpul. No ego. No power trips. Just there to help customers. (Unlike the WF at 12251 Ventura where Abid Ali made it unnecessarily complicated and almost impossible to open a legitimate Non-Profit Business account despite the fact that I had all of the required paperwork! He was condescending to women and I would say disrespectful, when I pointed that out. Women, AVOID that bank if you can. Who needs the added irritation. We should be treated fairly!)”
