The worst bank you can go in your life you can never get a service at business client line you’re kind of selected if they select you you get service otherwise you have to wait on regular lineTellers are very friendly, but the managers are not good.

The manager, Aida is incredibly rude. She made a handful of assumptions about me while I was here trying to withdraw money. She was condescending and verbally insulted me multiple times during the first 10 minutes I was inside this branch.She also did not instruct a male client to stand in a different line when he jumped in front of me... but abruptly told me I was in the wrong place when I stood where he was standing before the teller chose to serve him before me when I was standing in the right place in line.

I used this Bank years ago and so far I had a good experience. Last night around 8ish in the evening, I just remembered that I have some cash to deposit. Good thing I was still around the parking lot so I just walked. Upon arriving at the first ATM - it was not working. Good thing there are 3 more that are performing. I went to the opposite side since it wasn't occupied. I was done in no time. Using the ATM was fast and efficient. It is well lit and the area looks safe.

How does someone review an ATM service when the bank is closed. They had plenty of machines in this busy area and the right ten dollar bills that I wanted so yes good for them and great to have so many machines available.

Rude teller that made depositing cash into my account extra work while providing a lecture to me on how to do it next time. Haven't had that problem at other locations, normally depositing money is a pretty simple job but I guess for some it isn't.

Everything about Bank of America is HORRIBLE and always has been since as a child all I heard were horror stories. Unfortunately, I received a check from a Bank of America account and have called all day various locations and no one answers. I don't know how anyone would ever have an account with the horrible reputation !

Horrible customer service. I tried to exchange over 400 Pounds. The older female bank teller with black hair told me she couldn’t find the picture of the pound in the system and therefore couldn’t exchange them.She said, “I’m not seeing a picture that matches. Maybe they’re not from England? You can’t exchange it here.”I respond with, “I thought I got it from England. Can we figure this out?” And she literally responds with “No.”During this whole conversation, the rude teller next to her keeps repeating to me “No! if it’s not in the system, we can’t do it. Go to the LA currency exchange.”Confused as to why they couldn’t help me figure this out, I go home, look closer at the pound notes, and see it’s a Scottish pound.Those bank tellers would rather rudely brush me aside, turn me away, instead of looking closer at the notes to do the exchange.I asked them to help me figure it out, and they said no.Never coming back here.

I used my atm card here on 1/17. I just found out that everyday since there has been an inquiry and yesterday when when I had a direct deposit I had another inquiry and then my money stolen. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN WITH A BANK ATM?? This was not some shady gas station. I rarely use this card and this is the only place I have used it in at least 3 months. Unacceptable. Now I have to wait 10 days for an investigtion.

I waited outside for 40 mins just now and it was 60 and windy. I finally got in and said I wanted to open a savings account. I was told to have a seat. 30 mins later a man from the corner office asked why I was there and said he'd try to find someone as soon as possible. 10 mins later an unfriendly woman with short brown hair came over to me and I told her I wanted to deposit money. She told me I needed to make an appointment!!!! Well, I was about to deposit 10k in cash but now I will never walk into another B of A ever again! Btw, the line outside was around the building with only two cashiers working!!!!

The worst experience I ever had at a branch. They couldn’t find my appointment so I had to prove I had one by showing them the email confirmation. Then the rep refused to handle me herself even though her appointment had called to indicate she would be late. Then I had to prove to them via another email that my savings and checking were supposedly not properly linked. This took them less time then it took them to find another person to handle me. When I explained that this was “your email”, this next banker vehemently denied it was from her. I should not have had to explain that my “your” meant B of A and not her specifically. I almost left the branch at that time.As a CPA I have dealt with a lot of banks and bankers. This was the worst branch I have ever dealt with. However B of A has provided so many benefits that I won’t leave them (though I came close today).
