I came into Auto Zone urgently needing a new battery. Rick was eager to help and despite the obstacles we continued to encounter, he was there to assist and come up with solutions. I wouldn’t have been able to install my new battery without him, and the dealer would have charged me hundreds. I can’t say enough how appreciative I am of coming across this store during a stressful car situation. Thank you Rick and Sherman Oaks Auto Zone! Will definitely be back.

Got a battery for about $200, free headlight checkout for free. Get the autozone card to save on purchases and get coupons. Rick and Alberto (he's new and training) are great at what they do!

Tried to buy gloves that cost 10.99$
And when I went to get rung up it came out to 23.89
I told them there was a mistake but they didn't even want to honor the price there and the managers pretended not to hear what I was telling Ken.
Had to opt out for the cheaper nylon 3pack for 8.99 which totaled up to 1073... I dont understand the drastic price nor the unwillingness for the manager to honor the price thanks

DO NOT COME HERE - HORRIBLE SERVICES - UNKNOWLEDGEABLE EMPLOYEES
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at AutoZone. I called in two days ago regarding a battery replacement and spoke to Rick, who assured me they had a battery in stock and that someone could replace it for me. When I arrived, Rick was busy, so I was assisted by another employee (who had an eyebrow piercing and no nametag). From the start, he had a bad attitude and seemed uncertain if someone would be available to help, but he said he could stay overtime to do it himself.
Despite his attitude, he confirmed there was a battery in stock and began the replacement. Throughout the process, he continued to complain about how no one else would be willing to help us but he didn't mind. When I asked about the battery cap, he responded with more attitude, suggesting he could skip adding a screw if I preferred. We still tipped him and thought the ordeal was over.
The next day, my car wouldn’t start. After jump-starting it, I returned to AutoZone, where another employee with a bad attitude assisted me. They replaced the new battery with another one, and I thought the issue was resolved.
However, on the third day, the car wouldn’t start again, and this time, it wouldn’t even jump start. After incurring additional expenses for roadside assistance, I took the car to Toyota. They informed me that the positive battery screw was left loose, which could have damaged the car’s wiring and caused more significant problems.
I am extremely frustrated with the poor service and unprofessional behavior of the employees at this AutoZone. This experience has caused me unnecessary stress and additional expenses. I hope management addresses these issues to prevent others from going through the same ordeal.
Moral of the story, DO NOT COME HERE!!

Had a very very corroded car battery that i neglected to replace. Rick assisted me in getting the correct battery. Due to the state of the corrosion it was almost impossible to remove the battery but Claudia and Ruby had to worked hard and were able to remove the old battery and put in the new one. 10 stars for the effort!
