Audi Service - big shout out for Jordan Aguilar in the service department. I normally hate going to the dealer for service because they push so hard to upsell services. Not Jordan. He told me what it needed but didn't push. Because of it, I ended up doing some things that I didn't plan on doing, but am very glad I did. He's great to work with. 5+ Stars.

Terrible customer service. Took them seven hours to do an oil change on my car. I had to call them three times to get updates since "my" representative Vince failed to reach out or answer when I texted. I then had to call an additional two times to remind them to send me a Lyft so I can retrieve my car.Absolute joke, head over to Audi Beverly Hills instead!

My car was totaled loss and and I started to shop for Audi , I shopped few places but I found the best deal at this dealership, Oleg gave me the best deal possible and he told me with confidence you can shop around US!!!! I called few dealerships but no body can even match his price. His customer service was great and I highly recommend him. If you are looking to get an Audi, call Oleg and he will make it happen! Recently got my car serviced. They took care of my immediate concerns. Was extremely happy with them, so I brought another one of my vehicles in. Jordan was great and really helped out with getting budget and prioritizing services that needed to be done. Thanks again guys

Worst service I have brand new rs7 already had so many problems with it that I last count now calling in for apt there acting stupid playing around putting on hold saying that they don't have appt available for next 4 days when my car is not even drivable. Another issue took my car in for brake pad change changed my brake pads in one hr and tried to charged me for 2 hr of work I asked them why they said it's by the book brake change is 2 hrs. Horrible service so bad worst dealer in the world !!!!

Ask Joseph for help!I came in for just a test drive because i had already talked to a broker for the specific car i was looking for. Joseph showed me the car, not only one but insisted that i test drive 3 different trims to compare them. In terms of negotiation he gave me a price that was very similar to the price that I had given from a broker! He even told me he will do everything to make sure he can earn my business! He worked with his manager and gave me a price that I was more than satisfied. More importantly i didn't feel pressured or lied to unlike the feeling most of us get after leaving a dealership. This man has earned my future or family business with his professional work!

Following the response I received, I proceeded to email the person I was directed to, Paul Lee, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive a reply. This lack of response leads me to believe that the initial reply was merely a fabricated one, meant only for display purposes, rather than a genuine effort to address the concerns I raised.

Terrible parts department. Does not respond quickly to on line requests, puts you on hold for extended periods when calling, unhelpful in looking up parts, stocks few standard parts, charges high prices.

11/22/22 So I purchased the same car from another dealership at sticker price a month later. I went into this dealership again to see if they want to buy the rs3 that I purchased from another dealership. They offer me $50,000 and say the car is not worth it. So 4 months ago they wanted $62,000+$10k mark-up plus tax which comes out to $81,000Today they want to give you $50,000.00I feel bad for the idiot that paid $10k over. WOW unbelievable

I received a recall notice for my Q5, so I needed it to be looked at. Most Audi service departments these days are backed up, making it challenging to make an appointment. Luckily, Audi Van Nuys had a day and a time that worked with my schedule. I made it over the phone with a nice lady and even received a text message reminder.When I arrived, I pulled in and checked in with Jordan. I was told it would be about a 2-hour wait. That didn't bother me because I didn't need to be anywhere, and I had work to do. They have tables and chairs where people can wait. So I just got cozy and got my laptop out, and started getting work done. They offer complimentary coffee, tea, and water. The bathrooms were clean! It looked like they even had a kids' playroom. While I was waiting, I have to say; I was very impressed with the advisor Vince (I hope that was his name, he worked on 04/07/22 at 10:45a). He was hustling! He was on his feet the entire time I was there, he was helping customers and making calls. Compared to Jordan... who sat most of the time, chatting with people, eating his lunch just out in the open (gross) and so unprofessional. I wish Vince was my advisor! He is such a hard worker, and he was good with his customers! I was so impressed! He deserves a raise or a bonus or something! We need more hard workers like him! My car was done within the 2 hours range, and all is well. I will definitely come back but will request Vince if I can.
