They don't honor their business hours, went in asked a couple questions walked out.. 20mims before 8pm went back and they had locked the doors and the employee said no we are closed. They totally lost my business new phone and new line.. heading back to Verizon.

horrible customer service from Julie. the second I came in it was like she had a problem with working and me asking simple questions - like I'd like to upgrade my phone. 0/10 for this location. go to another store. Julie will ruin your day.

I stopped by last week and was going in to just look at phones, but after the great service I received from Martin, I ended up opening multiple new lines for my business. They have such a great selection of different types of phones and Martin was able to help me make the best selections for what I needed. The best part was Martin was able to find me a great plan that was pretty much a bang for my buck. I highly recommend going in and talking to Martin, the store manager, he will get you great deal for what you're looking for. Only downside is parking, but for what Martin can do for you it's highly worth it.

Stopped here for a new SIM card and found out I was eligible for a phone upgrade, completely covered. Martin helped me out, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was transferred to my new phone before I left. I usually go to Apple rather than my carrier for phone issues, but I'll be coming back to this store in the future. Great experience!

Customer service from Martin was exceptional. He was patient, knowledgeable of product and services, and kind. He made the experience as effortless as possible. The store had the products we were looking for. I can't recommend this location and working with Martin enough!

Got in on a Friday Afternoon expected to wait a long time but I was greeted by Martin, he was helping a lady connect a new phone, But He also started helping me. He handle both of us with professionalism and it didn't feel rush or like he wasn't paying attention, Nice to see people can multitask without compromising Costumer Service. If I ever need any help I will go and look for Martin.Only bad thing about this place is the lack of adequate parking

Even though this store suffers from no parking, and is considered a drive-through store, it was really good as they had all the phones we've been looking for as well as the service was very attentive. Thanks to Martin who works thereThanks for your patience and getting our phones set up. It was greatly appreciated.

Horrible service the guy in front his name is martin he is so rude and very disrespectful he has no manners he doesn't know how to talk or help people he has such a bad attitude. He ignores the customers and help whoever he wants there was a long line waiting for him and he was chatting with someone and not caring about the other customers. He is 100% not a good fit for this job

"Store closed for lunch." Doesn't have the decency to put a TIME FRAME. Employee has been on lunch since AT least 1 PM. It's 2:15 and no one is here. Total guessing game. Complete disregard for people's time. Bad customer experience have been avoided by writing something simple like gone from 1:00-2:30

Terrible experience. I have been in this store 5 times in 6 weeks due to me being pushed back and forth from the corp store to customer service phone line and back to this store and each time I came in after being told that I have to go to this store for the service is "oh, we can't do that", "oh you need to call tech support we don't do that here", "oh we are out of that, need to buy it online", "oh, you have to go to the corporate office for that", and so on and so on. They make every excuse not to help you and to push you to someone else...and that's because those support services don't come with a commission for them. Know how I know that? Well the representative at the corporate office said that. Not surprised at all. For all reading this, skip this store and go somewhere else (even better go to a different carrier). Save yourself the headache I've had for 6 weeks and give your money to a store/carrier that provides good service. Think I'm lying, look at the reviews here, 2 stars says it all. Wish I would have looked here before I went in. To the manager of the branch, look at all these terrible reviews, you've got a lot of work to do if you want to turn this around, or maybe you just don't care in which case the service we all are experiencing is to be expected.

Such terrible, terrible customer service. The guy who "helped" us will not be winning the customer service of the year award within this century. What's the point of having a store if they tell you to just go online and do it yourself or to then call customer support once you leave their store? This employee also read an error code to me from his computer like I'm supposed to know what that means and figure it out. If you can't figure it out as the employee, how am I figuring it out solo? Also, zero offer from him to call and work through it while at the store. Then, once you reach customer support from home, they say that this location should have assisted you, that they can't assist you by phone, and that you need to return to the store. Two of us with completely different phone plans were at this location, and neither of us got anywhere. Real waste of time -

Horrible customer service. The worst. Went in to buy a new phone. They lost it. It was supposed to be sent to the AT&T store I bought it from. All they (extraordinarily incompetent employees) could tell me is it "got mailed to wrong address."

Rude employees. I called up with a question on recent purchase my son made on our family plan as the paperwork he was given didn't match what he was told. When I tried to get an explanation, the employee said yes that paperwork doesn't make sense then hung up on me mid sentence. It looks like they are working a bait and switch with trade ins. Please beware of this outlet. Looks like they had my son sign an agreement that he got $0 for his trade in

Store closes 8 supposedly. I walked in at 7 and there was a group before me. Menge or something along the lines of the person with that name was helping a group in front me. I sat and waited as 2 other groups managed to get helped before me that came in after did. During that time he was telling the customes he helped that cut in front of me all of the things hes not suposed to do like verifying phone numbers falsly etc and there was some other thing that said hes not supposed to do but that he was offering. As I sat and waited.. I waited until 750 in which I was told. "Sorry bro Im not going to be able to help you." I mean really? Oh, this was after the fact he told me he had the phone I wanted in stock and he would grab it right after the people in front of me. Then the group being helped talked about basketball with the emplyeee at the time for 20 minutes at the cashier table. What a sad waste of my time. Employees need to be respectful of a customers time and not brainless. Avoid this place like thet plague unless you want to come here and have an hour of your valuable time wasted, look at wall displays half torn off and models missing from them, then ended with a "Sorry bro". Unexperienced staff, poor store upkeep, understaffed, shady business practice..
