Quick turnover time when it comes to any issues or maintenance that’s required!The apartments have good insulation as well so it definitely helps out during the colder winter months.”

I've not moved in yet but all has gone smoothly so far. I've only done 3-4 reviews in my life. Xavier is now one of just a handful. “I have been living in this complex for almost 3 years now and I can only say that it has been a great experience. the building ins great and peaceful, drama free and well managed. Daniel, the manager, is on site almost every day and always happy to help. I remember once I got my self locked out in the balcony in the middle of the night, I gave Daniel a call and promptly he rescued me. I had a small water leak in my unit during the heavy rain in 2021 and they took care of it promptly. They booked me an hotel room for the duration of the work. Amazing...The location is great and it is very safe. the apparent is very well laid out and lots of light. the common areas are clean and there is a great amount of green. Someone is coming every week to clean the common areas.Magnolia Terrace is the way to go...”

“***PLS NOTE this review is only for the service I received during a recent tour***I was driving from Long Beach (and 1 week fresh out of knee post-op) and as I was getting ready to park, I received a call from NARDOS inquiring about my scheduled appt and that it may be that he was double booked. (To no fault of his own - my experience has been that these 3rd party sites are not communicative) I feared that I wasnt able to do the showing. In this case, Nardos was able to tour the facility, didnt rush and was patient to keep pace with me since I was walking slow. He was very informative of the building, the apartment and surroundings. Great leasing agent! THANK YOU Nardos!”
“Our hot water went out in the apartment complex, in the evening. No one could come out til the next day but we were informed quickly about the situation and were offered to shower at the complex next door if needed. The issue was handled with care and concern!!!”
