I don’t know how Alida does it but I’m grateful I got in touch with her. Followed her instructions to a T and had a passport in hand in 24 hours. She is truly a wizard and I can’t thank her enough for her help getting a horrible situation so quickly sorted!

I trust this agency the most compared to others because they know EXACTLY how everything works and were able to help me with my unique situation.I appreciate mature customer service and working with people who know what they're doing as opposed to young employees who can easily make mistakes. Aida is the best! I contacted her two weeks ago; I had a last minute trip. I met with her and she guided me through the process. I went to my appointment to turn in the paperwork and i picked up the passport that afternoon. Her rate is reasonable and I'll be getting on a plane soon!
