I have been going to AHF Valley Pharmacy pretty much since it first opened in the Valley clinic. I have always been happy and grateful for what they do. They are friendly and very competent in their work. They have always been willing to work with me in filling my prescriptions. And have always been quite knowledgeable.

I had a life-changing/altering event happen in July of 2018 & it has been a serious challenge to move forward BUT when I came to AHF-Valley it was a HUGE stress relief when it came down to medical concerns. Nikki, Maritza, Anna & her Pharmacy peeps STEPPED UP and haven't stepped down. I can't say enough good things about these guys. Their knowledge of issues that concerned me were incredible. Everybody different needs/wants/concerns & with mine they were great! I'm very grateful for their warmth, kindness & service to the LGBT community.

I have been a client of AHF Valley for ten years. I have ALWAYS been treated with dignity and respect, and found Dr. Gerald R. Hamwi to be both professional and conscientious. He cares, and is a friend, someone I am ALWAYS glad to see no matter what situation I am dealing with outside his office, I view this space as a sanctuary. The same goes for all of the staff, including the Pharmacy and front office. I am recognized, I am welcome, and I am treated as well as I would be at any quality medical facility. That is a major compliment, considering that I receive this care at no cost. AHF treats you regardless of your ability to pay. Some people seem to forget that. I have on several occasions had to intervene when a patient in the waiting room becomes abusive or unruly, taking their problems out on the AHF staff. There seem to be a number of people who have fallen into hard times and cannot take responsibility for their plight, and blame others. That carries over into the comments on this thread; I am reading some of the negative reviews on here, complaining and attacking the staff, and shaking my head. These people who write these negative reviews are obviously hurting, angry and don't know how to improve their situation. I can assure you, if you are considering AHF, that you will be respected and fairly treated. However, if you come in here ready for a fight, accusing and berating the staff, you will find the invaluable support this organization offers you being withdrawn. They do not, literally, have time to engage your anger, and they do not have to tolerate abuse. If you are not happy with their service, leave. Simple. And good luck finding somewhere better at no cost. The staff at AHF Valley have my undying thanks and gratitude. If there were more stars, I would click on them. They are among my angels.

I just switched to this AHF clinic/pharmacy from another location. There were quite a few changes but the most have effected my medications. I was able to have them available at the same time every month, but with the necessary changes things have temporarliy changed to 2 sometimes 3 times a month. They deliver & I pick up when I am able. My point is that they are working diligently to get me back on track & they are giving me the gopaks which I love. Keisha, Leslie, Jasmine have been most helpful but I know their are others that are making this happen. Thank you. You are appreciated!
