Service here is terrible. Hispanic guy with facial hair and soft voice provides horrible service. He doesn’t know what he’s talking about and is condescending despite the fact that he just works a minimum wage job.

The worship company I’ve ever used in my entire life. They need to fire every single employee in there and stop hiring felons or whoever they’re hiring. I’ve had so many packages missing from there that I get from Italy only attempted to deliver the package and cameras they never even attempted it. They quit work early, I can’t tell how many times I’ve had problems and I have packages even go from there but it’s from Italy and they have to. The worst I hate this place

Says they’re open til 3. Just went by and watched the guy close at 2 as he told me I couldn’t ship my one package that is already ready to go. Bad customer service and incorrect hours- don’t trust this location. Will not be coming back again.

I got helped as soon as I walked in. Both women were nice and professional. I came in to renew my passport and was in and out within 8mins. Not to mention there prices are great. I called about 10 different places and they’re by far the lowest to expedite my passport. No I wait

Women with the thick accent was extremely rude. Asked her a simple question and wasn't even capable of helping me. I was shocked that someone would speak to their customers this way. I do not trust this location with my packages and will never be going here again

Worst service! Said open until 3, I showed up at 2:09 the woman was locking up the door and said she couldn’t help me she had an appointment and I’d have to come back Monday. As I was driving out of the parking lot I saw the open sign on and a man walked in. Infuriating!!!

Total scammer. Brought in a package woman didn’t even inspect it and said it would be $200 to ship. Damn thing was still in my arms but a small package like that does NOT COST $200 for international shipping!
