sat outside of the 7/11 for 45 minutes UNINTENTIONALLY waiting for them to reopen the store. nobody ever came to open the store back up it was locked for over 30minutes. when i knock no answer. they do this a lot and idk if someone is in the back sleeping but they need to employees at this 7/11 asap man

I recently moved to the area, and although 7-11 stores are everywhere, this particular location stands out. The staff here is exceptionally courteous and professional. Sanu, in particular, was AWESOME! He was incredibly helpful, courteous, and professional, making my experience truly outstanding. I can honestly say that no other 7-11 has made me feel so welcomed and appreciated. Thank you, Sanu, and the rest of the staff!

The girl that works here has a horrible attitude. I go to 711 to buy my cigarettes weekly and I'll never go here again. I shorted her 50 cents without realizing it and I was contemplating going back to give it to her. But I changed my mind. Maybe if she had a better attitude I would have because its the right thing to do. But why should I when she treated me horribly before I even made my purchase. I'm sure they'll get it back with all the scamming they do at this location.

Sanu and his staff will make you feel like family. They’ll greet you by name when you walk in and make sure all your needs are taken care of. It’s always clean and the food is constantly fresh. Couldn’t ask for a better store manager. Keep up the great work.

The worst people and cheapest people on the planet. I have been a customer here for a long time. I was literally short a penny and the guy didn’t let me have my items because of one freaking cent Shame on you!

Cashier during night shifts always has an attitude. Gives me dirty looks whenever I ask for a bag or my receipt. Made me wait 5 minutes at the counter while he chatted with the vendor and I missed my bus. I don’t understand what’s going on at this seven eleven and it looks like everyone else has issues here too.

The business owner encourages the homeless to buy beer and wine and that's why there is a homeless encampment around 7-Eleven. I've gone in there several times and ask them to stop selling them beer and wine and whoever works there says it's not us. It's people buying them beer and wine, I looked at the guy and I told him BS. Everyone who's sick of this homeless encampment should call the city council and ask them to revoke their beer and wine license. As soon as that happens, the homeless encampment will disappear. 7-Eleven encourages this and won't do anything to stop. I'd love to see the building owner cancel their lease and send them on their way.

My friends and I came here, and the owner told us to get out because we were making a mess when we were trying to get slurpee’s. She kicked us out and threatened to call the police . I don’t recommend coming here.

Unsafe-frighteningly so. Has been this way nonstop for months if not years. The people who live out front can get belligerent- today they literally surrounded me as I attempted to check out, harassed me while staff did nothing. I never go to this location anymore, but once in awhile I forget and revisit it, to my horror.

Always get the slurpee when I'm super thirsty and it hits so hard. Also whenever I go there I end up getting a bunch of unnecessary stuff but hey that's 7-11 and that's why it's as bomb as it is.

They're allowing the homeless people to sleep on their sidewalk and beg customers for money. They've brought a homeless encampment to our neighborhood and do not care. The pollution is not welcome. There used to be No loitering signs at 7 eleven. Back when they were welcomed community retailers.

Went by here for a quick snack a couple times. There's always tons of homeless sleeping outside harassing customers and littering. An eyesore for the community.

A hangout for the city's homeless. They litter and urinate on the side of the building, harass customers for money. Disgusting storefront.
