The guy works there, (around 50 years old) is super rude and impolite ... I'm a daily customer of 7-11 and been in 7-11s all around LA and OC .. this is the worst 7-11 because of that guy

Displays refused to help me out for some reason I do not know, but had to call the 7-Eleven complaint board and larger special complaint I wouldn’t advise going to this place and it kind of got a bad rating anyway people here are lazy and they act like they do not really even care about anything. They slam objects around, and sometimes just blow up Customer’s altogether.

Store is extremely dirty. Garbage in dumpster outside the is overflowing and not even in the dumpster itself but thrown on the ground for the wind to pick up and blow all over the neighborhood. Gates to the dumpster left wide open and overflowing trash brings rats. Landscaping is out of control and is only trimmed on one side again causing rats to live in the landscaping. The sidewalk outside the front door needs to be Power washed. The concrete is sticky. Homeless and mentally ill people are allowed to hang out in front of the store and harass customers.

Uugghh..? So I went into the 711 to make a deposit into my CashApp account. The process is genius and usually very simple. And only $1 to process when I use the barcode from the app. Not today. Not at this 711. And usually where the heroes at the counter rise above and beyond, I heard \\\"no\\\" and a thud. Way to drop the ball...

To get the posted gas price, you need to get a Carwash. As of the last month or so, the machine is now run by something called "REBEL car wash" and it almost made my car dirtier if that's possible. I don't know if they're cutting back on water usage or the amount of soap, but my windows have been hard to see out of all week. Have used this carwash for years and it never produced such awful results.

Horrible management that do not honor 7-11 promotions that are posted on the products themselves. Very rude attitude if you have communication with them. They also don’t offer coffee sleeves so if your drink is too hot to grab too bad. I double cupped my large tea because it was too hot to grab and they wanted to charge me because they say their cups are already insulated so one is enough. I told them to grab it to see how hot it was and they didn’t budge. They gave me napkins to wrap around my drink which led my drink to slip around since I walked there. Never again.

Who’s the owner at this place I would like to get in contact horrible customer service they yell at you and don’t want to talk nice they yell at you over something small they grab food everything and the floors with thier hands never seen them wash them will doing that and I just asked if something they sold me was expired they grabbed it and just threw it away and said have a nice day didn’t say anything else’ and kept yelling f this place

I have never been treated so badly in my life. Honestly.Im a laid back person was a lot of patience. But it took every ounce of strength in me not to want to kick the teeth out of the person that was working there today. There's an older woman. Maybe in her 60s. This woman should not be allowed around the public or people in general. She was extremely rude and insulting. I don't like to bring myself down to the level of people like this so I kept myself composed. But I'm livid. This woman has mental issues.whoever is hiring at 7-Eleven it's a good idea that you don't hire someone on the interview if they come in a straight jacket.
