Place was a little cluttered, lots of mix match sizes so expect to be doing some digging for your size, other than that great customer service and awesome selection of clothes, will be coming back!

This little chick who claims to be a key holder racially profiles. I'm writing this on behalf of a friend. Maybe the clothes are cool, but the staff is unwelcoming and make accusations towards blaxk customers about stealing that they could clearly have debunked by watching footage. Yes my friend is black, yes she came in with a dope jacket, yes they thought she stole it, yes she may look homeless, but let me tell you, she's 31 and has enough money to retire tomorrow.

Tried to sell 5 bags of good quality and mostly new clothes at Buffalo Exchange, but they only bought 1 brand new pair of $130 boots for $9. Asked where I could sell to unload clothes that weren't trendy and/or one of a kind, and 2nd street was recommended. Called the store to verify and was told to come in. Got to the store in less than 5 min and was told it was too late to go thru my stuff. I told the guy that I just talked to someone that told me to come in, so he changed his mind and checked my bags in and gave gave me a tag. He told me it would take him until closing time, and I said that's fine, because I needed to get rid of the items. I went to wait in my vehicle, because I was told I couldn't come back the following day because they donate everything left at night. He calls me an hour later to let me know that they couldn't do it. Wow! 3 hrs spent between Buffalo Exchange and 2nd Street and I didn't even walk away with enough money for the drive home... If you're ever going to go to either of these places, go to buy, definitely not to sell!

AWFUUUUL! What a waste of time and respect. I came in with four bags, ready to sell and I left with all four bags. Some of my items included Ferragamo rain boots (authentic), Lululemon and CeCe among other notable brands. The lady quoted me $14 for my rainboots and .10 cents for each of my pieces of clothing - I kid you not!!!!!! I was outraged. How do they even do business? The place is a waste of time. I was there 1 hour will she looked through all my bags and took time to verify all hot ticket items. I have never been so insulted in my life. Never again to that scam place. WOW

Very well organized store with friendly staff. There are a lot of high-end designer pieces, including pre-owned Louis Vuitton handbags and other luxury brands.

The worst place to sell stuff, went there with grandson and to sell two pair of tennis that were over $100 each on and they gave him 50 for them so I went back in the store to see if I can get them back they say no. I'm telling you only a matter of 10 minutes to see if I could cancel the deal and they told me no that he sign an agreement the young lady didn't tell him that it was agreement. My point is I went back in to see if I could them back the Manger told me I can buy them back the price to buy the back was a187.00 and they only gave him 50. Don't sell there they cheat you.Jennie

I love this store!!! To buy & sell! I have sold 2 tubs of clothes, 2 times & they bought everything except 2 pieces. They sell clothes at a really low price so they buy at a low price.If you have a $1000 item sell it online or take it to Wasteland on Ventura near Laurel Canyon. They buy & sell the high end designer clothes.

Terrible experience, came to sell some clothes and after deciding against what I felt was a low-ball offer the girl rips my backpack and after admitting to it all she can offer in recompense was a tote bag. Will never come here again.

Dropped by around 7pm and one of the employees said they were closed. Managment needs to fix their hours. The kid with said they were closed when clearly marked open.

Don’t even bother. I brought in about 6 items. Most were expensive designer and I waited for over 3 hours!! They offered me Pennies and I mean Pennies!! It was comical when they offered me $2 for a zac posen bag in great condition. I ended up not selling anything at all and had to sit in traffic heading back home. Complete waste of time. Please do not bother I beg you !

I should have just donated my branded clothes at goodwill! They made me comeBack and offers on my branded clothes were cents a piece! I had to pay more on parking than what they offer! And sell $100’s a piece on their store!

Wouldn’t typically leave a review for something like this but my experience yesterday might be the worst I’ve had in any style of business like this. Just to preface I used to be a buyer for 2nd street so understand exactly how the business works. And also the girl helping us purchase items was great. I needed quick cash so brought in 5 pieces all very high value $500 - $3000 value each. I know I won’t make that much but needed the money quick so didn’t want to mess around with selling online and shipping. For the three items they took. All the highest value pieces one with a $3000 Dover street tag still attached. I was offered $356. I waited an hour and wasted my time. Both the manager and buyer explained they wouldn’t be pricing anything higher than $500 as they wouldn’t sell at this location for. I know for a fact that all high value is listed on the site and a large part of sales are through the online store (because I used to be the one listing items online and shipping them when I worked for 2nd street) seriously the most bizarre experience I’ve ever had. I ended up selling the jacket for $1000 to a lady outside who saw us selling there.

Love this place! Lots of really nice things. Unique styles in clothes, shoes, and bags. Hard to leave this place without finding something I like.
