I've been a member for 2 years, switching from another gym. My membership is set to expire soon and I will not be renewing. This facility changed to shorter hours, the showers are always having issues with temperature never mind that it's not cleaned enough, and the equipment is on the battered side. I was told by the staff that management knew about the plumbing issues and where going to be fixing the whole place with a remodel but that was back in January and nothing came about. I go to the other local 24 hrs too but Mission hills locks their equipment and is dirtier. Woodland hills is the best in the area but too far and crowded imo.

Bought my girlfriend $500 worth of training sessions for her birthday. Months later I discover my card has been charged on a recurring basis the $500 each month thereafter. I went to 24 Sherman Oaks and spoke with the general manager, Ricardo Gallardo, about the unauthorized recurring charges. He showed zero inclination of wanting to help in any way, essentially blamed it all on his predecessor that no longer worked there (as well as blaming it on me for not discovering the charges sooner), and did absolutely nothing to make it right. Putting the money aside, Ricardo's attitude toward the situation was utterly lacking in customer service, to put it nicely. On top of that, I had to ask him about a dozen times to give me the names of his supervisors before he finally relented. If I could give ZERO out of five stars I would.

So far best 24-hour gym. Nice respectful people. Good equipment.
I hope that management puts a sign on the sauna, no shoes. Because it is a mess wearing dirty shoes in this place, after a walk or after a workout. Also, it will help the cleaning crew.

over 4 stars deserved always a godo staff and classes and much equipment and two floors of variety of things an dthe spa steam room and all is good the cleaning folks are good but the memeers can keekp u the bathroom better . haha yes great classes monicas great pump, cycling with stephanie, lacys zumba and maleris popular kick and dance 24 and the everlasting pilates with tina h all good things still a fan g gold

Nothing at its place...they limit the hours...they don't care about tools and machines don't work properly...and now closing at 8pm even on Fridays?! At least change the name of the gallerias branch

I have been a member of this gym since 2006. It was always a fine gym, a place to get a decent workout with standard machines and extra benefits (sauna, shower, etc).
After COVID the gym really plummeted in quality. Everything was dirty all the time and the overall quality was very bad. Within the last 60 days, I would like to compliment the new manager, unsure of his name, but he has been doing a fantastic job. Since he started they installed a new water fountain, all machines are super clean, and showers are spotless. It has been a huge turnaround. For the people within the area, definitely consider this gym under this new management.

Jacuzzi, steam & sauna are sharing for both males & females. Very smeltly & dirty. I recently moved to the neighborhood near by, so I bought a 3 days trial pass BUT I was like almost thrown off when I be in that area. The mosr dirty gym i ever been & for sure, I will never come back!

Laziest staff to ever exist. Where to even get started. What does the staff at this location even do? 70% of the equipment is either missing the pins to use it or broken taking months upon months to fix if they eventually decide to. The spray bottles used to wipe down the equipment is either always empty or just completely missing. The downstairs men’s bathroom smells like something died in it and the soap has not been replaced in over a month now. The staff are always just lazily at the counter doing nothing. This location is in dire need of a management change. 3 years ago when I first started coming to this location it was decent and now it has fallen off a cliff in the past couple months.

If I could I would give this gym a 0/5.. this is by far the grossest establishment I’ve entered PERIOD. It literally smells like fecal matter in the dry and wet sauna, it has to be a health hazard. The whole gym is disgusting, it feels mucky in there. This place needs to be shut down and cleaned thoroughly for two months.
